Here's some lore which won't make a ton of sense to you guys (I haven't shared much of anything here on Tumblr), but have some anyway!

A large portion of her life was spent in Pezreefian fighting rings, and she climbed her way to the title of champion very quickly. While in the ring, she never lost a fight.

Even with her title though, she got hardly any respect from those outside the captive dragons. She's not a Pezreef, why should they treat her well at all? She did kill all the previous Pezreefian champions, but that doesn't mean anything good. Just another reason to toss her around.
