I swear I live. I do. It’s been very busy on nights, and I’ve been doing responsible adult things like paying bills, getting checkups, taking care of pets, and buying/putting together furniture that doesn’t wobble when a cat jumps up onto it.

Whacky fun! I haven’t forgotten Eliot, I’ve just...been...making him in Sims 4, living that city life, though I’ll soon have him out in the country engaging in cottagecore.

Hi I know it’s been a hot minute but bear with me. There’s been some health issues in my family, health issues with my cat, and I just got a full-time job working night shift at a local hospital. 12-hour shifts, 3 days in a row. And since it’s night shift, it’s also hard to keep track of the day, since that changes partway through the shift.

I haven’t been talking about this here, but I’ve been very invested in this sweet kitty since my friend found her in a tree. She’s full of big purrs and loves lap time and playing at 8 months old. B( It seemed like her tail was going to be okay, just scraped, but it’s not. It hasn’t healed.

She goes in to have it amputated on June 3rd.

As those in my Discord DMs or servers may know: it’s the final countdown for meeeeee. No, nothing life-threatening, but something stressful.

I have a very important exam on Monday.

I was starting to feel pretty confident and prepared, until I saw I still had 3 columns in the GoogleDocs tracking sheet for my practice exams to fill. And. Uh. The exam is in 2 days.

Soooo yeah, fingers crossed!

And I know my first [however many] pages are just the same post about Cody-kitty’s fundraiser, but I keep plugging because: we are still short of the goal, and my friend is on a relatively tight budget as it is. $250 short of a bill payment can add up when there’s interest.
