“Lured Beneath The Waves” sonically captures the mystical allure of sirens and the lament of their manipulation. A carefully rehearsed lament that mimics empathy but holds no feeling whilst quietly guiding you toward your death. It draws the listener in to revel in the perilously magical depths of the ocean. Strings shimmer like distant water under moonlight. A lull of harp and voice weaves a spell around the ill-fated sailors.

"Shrine Of The Rotting" drips with unease, capturing the quiet terror of a stranger stumbling upon decay in its rawest form — a rotting corpse in an abandoned house, far from anywhere, where even the wind forgets to pass.

The music begins in stillness: low, murmuring textures, uneasy breaths of sound like dust stirring in dead air. But when the body is revealed, the sound doesn’t rise — it breaks. A shriek of strings, metallic and jagged, slices through the quiet. It’s no longer composition — it’s reflex. Panic made audible. A moment where the body flinches before the mind can grasp what it’s seen.

The score captures the morbidity of a hypothetical scenario where an individual is shocked to find the rotting corpse of a fellow stranger in an unusually quiet and abandoned house in the middle of nowhere. When the corpse is revealed, the sound fractures: a sudden jolt of sharp strings and metallic dissonance stabs the silence. It’s not music anymore, but a visceral reaction — the body recoiling before the mind understands.

In Greek mythology, Sirens were alluring creatures,

half-bird and half-woman, who lured sailors to their doom

with their enchanting melodies.

This musical composition tells the story of a sailor who

gets slowly lured to his untimely death by an enchanting

and malicious siren.
