Bruh
So I’ve been struggle bussing losing weight, and as most of you know suffering from body dysphoria i either don’t see it or see more than there is. I was at my friends house the other day she told me that I was losing weight… I called BS because she’s my best friend and would absolutely lie to make me feel better…
I did notice that my work pants were getting loose on me but I didn’t think about it?? Like it’s annoying but… you know??
Well I woke up this morning and weighed my self for the first time in forever and I’m down to 220.2 lbs I’m huge still but I’m so happy that I’ve lost weight!!!
I’ve also started using this powder called LACTO FIT I’ve only used it twice but I’ve noticed that I’m not as hungry after taking it? I’m going to use it for awhile and see if it works I want to start posting here on my daily meals and such and like a diary of sorts .. maybe

So, I’m going to do a thing…
I’ve decided I’m going to do the 75 “hard”. I have to modify it because I have lupus and the sun hates me but I’m going to do it while also being in a cal deficit.
I want to keep my self accountable, so I’m going to post on here.
My personal rules are:
1. Cal limits- I don’t want to exceed 900, except on metabolism days but no more then 1200(the number makes me want to vomit)
2. House work/ Mowing will be considered a “workout” I know myself, i like to push myself until it hurts and then I have to start back at the starting point.
3. Due to the sun being a bitxh I plan on doing yoga or Pilates indoors unless l feel up to being outdoors. No sense in making my self sick
4. Daily weight checks - I know this will trigger me, yes I’m okay with it.
I’m considering making a YouTube channel to share the progress. If I do and that is something you would want to see leave a comment or a like on this post ( I am overweight so please be kind )

Breakfast- two 1/2 pancake (girlfriend made me eat it)
Lunch- Sleep(0 kal) lol
Dinner- sandwich fast food (unknown kal)
I don’t want to eat, my stomach hurts but people keep shoving food at me. At this point I’m convinced that the people to give me food want me to be fat, they are now my enemy

along with skincare, lip care should also be incorporated into your daily routine; if u want a pretty face, you need to focus on all aspects! ♡

🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ 1. water, water, water
obviously, one of the most self explanatory points, water! dehydration = dry lips and nobody wants that. ♡
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ 2. exfoliation
scrub ur lips with a clean toothbrush in the mornings, use a lip exfoliator, whatever you like !! there are lots of ways you can actually make a lip exfoliator at home. one of the most popular methods:
♡ mix a tsp of honey with 2 tsp of sugar
♡ massage and leave for 10 mins or so
♡ remove !!
have not tried this personally but from what i've found, this or a solely sugar based exfoliant helps the most 💖 or alternative you can simply buy one. but whatever works for you ♡
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ 3. lip balms and ingredients
using lip balm in ur skincare is really helpful for just keeping them hydrated. some ingredients that also help w nourishment and moisturising:
♡ argan oil
♡ shea butter
♡ cocoa butter
♡ coconut oil
+ vaseline overnight also helps w this ♡
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ 4. biting ur lips
please try and avoid biting your lips or the inside of your mouth! i used to do this a lot when i got anxious or nervous and it damages them and is just not good for you
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ 5. gloss, oil, stick, repeat!
lip plumper, lip gloss, lip oil, lip stick, whatever you like! mouth without lip gloss is like a cupcake without frosting ♡
