Though they are not warrior mages who employ powerful magic, witchers can cast simple magic spells that can prove effective when used properly. Witchers call these spells Signs and usually use them against monsters, though they also have non-combat applications. Because of the Signs, witchers prefer single-handed weaponry since it leaves their other hand free to cast.

Woozi’s reflection in the mirrored surface of the door looked quizzical; Soonyoung itched to smack the expression off his face. “You do know producing a track is a lot more complicated than submitting a few lines of a song, right?”

“I know you’re a hotshot genius producer, whatever, but you’re not that special, Woozi-sunbaenim. Given enough time and training, anyone can learn to write, produce, mix - hell, even choreograph. But a good personality? That’s a lot harder to cultivate. So between the two of us, I think you have the harder task. Hwaiting, sunbaenim, I’ll be cheering for you.”

Soonyoung is an idol of middling popularity, Jihoon is one of South Korea's top music producers, and between the two of them lie enough pride and prejudice to fuel a splendid K-drama. Or, a modern 'Pride & Prejudice' adaptation, Seventeen-style.

I literally broke a my fanfiction-writing drought for to write out an idea that struck as a casual mention on Messenger, LMAO. I’ve also set a personal word count record, adlkadjlsdfkl. That being said, I am pretty proud of this! It took a lot of planning and brainstorming to get the events to make sense while following the plot of P&P somewhat-faithfully, and while the characterization of the characters are not as faithful to their regency counterparts, everything works out nicely, if I do say so myself. If you’re reading this (and the fic), I hope you enjoy it!

This whole monster’s already fully written out; it should be completely posted by the end of the year!
