Watched My Life with the Walter Boys and can you imagine the absolute fuckery going down in that household right now? The only interesting thing about the plot. I mean Cole’s crush is dating his younger brother except he just kissed her (kissing this same brothers girlfriend is something he has previously been accused of but swore he would never do, which has turned out to be a lie) but then the crush ran away leaving only a note to explain and taking his twin brother with her. You just know they’re holding sibling court rn.

Annabeth running the Athena cabin is actually one of the most realistic things about CHB to me because autistic 12 year old girls are another fucking breed. At 12 years old I would wake myself up at 5:50 before making myself a healthy smoothie and scrambled eggs and then leaving for school at 6:50 to be over an hour early and go straight to the library. Can you imagine if I’d had another six kids under my command? No wonder they’re winning Capture the Flag so much.

Do you guys ever think about how the third Quarter Quell being only victors meant that nobody could take out tesserae? How many people would’ve worried that that’d be putting them even more dangerously close to poverty than they’d previously been? How that may’ve been one of the final nails in the coffin?

The idea that it’s an ‘honour’ to be turned by an old and powerful vampire eg Nandor and the idea that if your sire dies you do seem directly correlated. Like it’s an honour to be turned by an old vampire because it provides you with a degree of protection against slayers taking out your sire. It certainly seems like the older a vampire gets, the stronger they become in terms of vampire ability. And does a stronger sire make a stronger vampire? So many questions.
