Today's is a bit different and may be my last for some time, for unrelated reasons. Do not worry, my only crime is homosexuality.

I killed something today, it wasnt fully animal, nore was it humanoid of any kind.

It frightened me because, as i gazed and spoke with Hermes, it caught my eye. He told me to pay it no mind and i dod not listen.

It lunged, i killed. And i was struck with guilt he sensed immidiately.

Hermes repremanded; "you shouldn't have killed him."

And i, like a child, thrashed back; "it shouldn't have lurched at me!"

I realized my idiocy far too late for my own good but i can only assume was soon enough to sate him enough for the time.

It struck me deep.

He (what i killed) acted off instinct, survival and fear, a creature incapable of deciphering just what i was, whos only crime was being too close, and looking too scary. What a venomous lession to be struck with, and such shamefull behavior towards them both the entire time.

Im greatfull for the time we spend togeather Hermes. iIve gotten so bad over the years, it's nice to see you remain one of the steady figures in our lives.

There are times you cannot fathom or grasp the gods intent, however we can come ever closer to understanding and deepening our relationships with them by showing active intrest in listening, understanding, and learning from what the gods are willing to teach.

Methods such as

Divination. What Apollo refers to in the myth of the stolen Oxen, as Divine Science

Astrology, one of the most fundamental parts of understanding the gods intentions

Study to understand the butterfly effect in more depth than a quick search or simple phrase.

Research and understand the system of fates, why do they operate that way? why do the gods heed to fate? even the king who is a god of conducting fate ultimately must respect them.

Meditate on this, open your mind and heart to the persute of understanding and it will be made clear.

When i asked one of the reasons for why the gods speak to me so often, Apollos answer matched Zeus' in tone and meaning...

Hermes Focus Meditation for Those With Attention Deficits

[such as but not limmited to Adhd]

Elemental variations will be listed if they exist.

Original taught [to me by Ερμής] : Water

Get into a hot or very warm bath

[do not hurt yourself, it needs to be warm enough to relax your muscles, DO NOT ADD ANYTHING aside from appropriate salts you understand and flora you know the meaning of.]

1. Once you are inside, ley back in the tub, place your right arm out, pressing end of elbow to right tub wall, flex out, away from the wall whilst cradleing your neck in the palm or fingertips of your right hand. Pinch your shoulderblade to stableiz.

[Duplicate this on the left so that both arms are flexing outwards, cradling your neck in the fingertips, After following the breathing excersize listed below]

2. Now, breathe.

When you breathe, keep it in your stomach.

In through the nose...And right before you breathe out of your mouth, move the breath up into your gut , then your chest. Exhale

2.5 Symoltaneously, you will be streaching your muscles via pinching your shoulderblades togeather and allowing your arms to flex outwards. Allow your body to pop and shift, if you hunch often this will be painfull at first.

3. Relax the rest of your body with your breath and allow it to go as limp as possible

(maintain the shoulder pinch as you do all of this)

Note: For the best experience, set an intention beforehand. Allow yourself to even just chant the name of what it is you want to focus on to yourself, then allow it to slip away as you preform this meditation.

It seems he originally may have found this out whilst drifting through the air, trying to think of the answer to a particularly puzzling question; He found himself caught up in the twisting branches of a willow tree, and rather than trying to thrash free, he took the oppertunity to get his mind onto something more relaxing than panic or aggrivation.

Ruins.

A talk with Thanatos...

The Tower.

I welcome you in Thanatos, for death is truly what i need

From what ive seen it looks like two major things, a ruin is a place full of history, because it has been preserved in the past for so long, and it is also a collection of entirely unusable parts that would have to be destroyed to be converted into something buildable.

"So the best choice would be to preserve those historical peices and rebuild with what you can, as ultimately, history teaches us how to improve and move forwards, but, if we never aknowladge it, if we never face what ruined us, or realize the value in those ruins, we are doomed to eradicate the precious lessions that lurked beneathe the surface, and repeat what was so clearly stated, if you had only taken a moment to really understand it, and face it. Truly."

Think before speaking

Consider everything that has been said already, consider the emotions in wich your companion speaks from, consider what theyr trying to get across.

After all, you are not here to fight them, only to grow in understanding, even arguments should be understood before they can be won. Otherwise you waste both time and breath.

Listen before intending to speak

Before you can even comprehend what it is that needs to be said,you must first listen to what is even being said and why? You arent listenign to critisize or correct them, you are listening to understand what they are saying and why and to ask questions that will broaden that...you can keep your own ideaologies, have confidence in your own ability to maintain who you are when confronted with a conflicting thought or person. You are here to grow, why fear the complicated? Why insult yourself by beliving you cannot handle anything beyond what agrees with you?

And so...

Broaden, understand, and then respond appropriately, if the situation demands agression so be it, at least you now acted knowing you are fully empowered by what action you chose, rather than a half hearted, limp attempt at a conversation.

Ancient divination with the darkness, gods and caves.

And why it is to be heavily respected in practice especially.

You can't escape what you practice when it comes to divination in the dark.

All things are revealed in darkness, and ego is put on front and center, can you escape the trappings of self to witness the beyond?

Breathework, concentration, opening your mind

And the visions start, its all dark your eyes are wide open and if you dont keep your breath just right youll either hurt yourself from shock or youll jolt out of the vision and loose it.

So no matter how bad it gets no matter how much you really do feel the pain of hot flames licking at you or blunt force beaking open your skull open, you have to just breathe.

Overcome and rise.

Or it'll take you and you'll be locked in a vessel with horrible breathing issues, your body will be thrashing and contorting more than ever thought possible.

It is not possession at least not this, its the shock of not being able to process or comprehend whats going on, the energy spikes and it burns through my veins, if youve ever had a thermal medication enter your blood stream, you understand at least the path that fire would travel the heat from the medication is in comparison, a candle held to a forest fire.

The pain is agonizing.

But breathe amd respect the darkness and the deitys in accordance to the darkness divination. The point is the message of the vision and if you cant get that down what good are you other than a thrashing self absorbed idiot who didn't even know how to breathe right.

I did good this week though, the thrashing only happened i think two or three times and i was able to grab onto Goddess Athenas hand

And pull myself mentally out of the pain and sensory overlode that is the innescapable visions in the darkness.

You cant close your eyes

The darkness and the visions follow always

If youre reading this and you want to try divination in the way i've been tlaking about...

Realize You wont get the results, ive been doing this nearly my entire life and i was trained by many various teachers and myself on an array of methods behind divination as a whole. The door wont open if you just sit in the dark on drugs. You have to know how the doors lock even works and where to get the key. How its even made

If you do know youre advanced enough to trigger it, dont do it without help or more practice. your're not as advanced as you think. You will hurt yourself, or the visions will not be received as accruately because you didnt bother to actually look into the history of why we do what we do. The dark has and always will require some form of divine or spiritually advanced assistance at the beginning at LEAST.

The dark requires a guide and to ignore that would be disrespectfull to all entitys and gods behind the darkness' divination.

As it essentially brodcasts your massive ego in saying "hello ancient gods! i have come searching for divine answers entirely alone because i genuinely think im powerfull and knwoladgeable enough to see you without any kind of help whatsoever dispite thousands of years of human generations worshipping you and asking for your guidance or requesting gods to ferry us to you- no no see im one of the super special ones so give me a vision right now."

I know, because they talk to those who do respect them. You may not see their negative response right away, because they tend to teach you lessions in action rather than words when you come at them with massive egos, they know not to waste their breathe on those who dont care and have shown no care or intrest in learning so far.

So, youll find your visions are false. They dont make sense, or worse, theyr clear perfect and you feel ethyerial, amazing!! you never needed anyone anyways!!....you see where you're flying Icarus?

your day to day living, show your thanks through every concious choice you make.

"Show me with your body"

In what ways does carnal passions engulf you? How long has ot been since you even allowed that thought for yourself, let alone to honnor a god. Show your thanks by taking that step for yourself as well.

After all, you can only step beyond yourself once you aknowladge there was a self to step beyond in the first place.

"Show me with your lips"

He emphasizes with the next line that there is no voice with the lips, no speech, no sound, the lips are for kissing. Lips to body, deep passions of romance and pleasures.

Beyond speech, do you know how to use those lips? For yourself, for others.

When have you used them for conveying how much you truly love and adore some one?

It isnt with a voice, but a knowing touch, and an understanding placement of exactly where your lips belong. Dedication paired with grace, knowladge and understanding of eachother.

Allow yourself the pleasure of self expression even if it is caused by some one elses hand. They know you well enough to invoke such a sound, so enjoy it, let it overcome you, become impassioned.

An attitude a way of life is your thanks to the Woefull War God. He is passion, and a god of it. Embrace it, invoke it. And become impassioned in your dauly life, forge your own spark.
