Wow I really need to get back to this cause I have gotten HUGE. I'm at the highest weight I've ever been and I'm pretty sure I'm technically overweight now. Hooray.
Let's start with <900 calories a day... That worked quite well before.

If I don't lose weight after this lifestyle change I'm not sure what else I can do. I've cut out all dairy. No red meat. 3 pints of water everyday, not including other drinks and foods. Exercise 5 times a week or more. Only brown, whole meal pasta and bread.�� Zero junk food. Plus one fruit a day (which is a pretty huge step for me) AND NO INSTANT NOODLES.

Got my new motivation list to pin up in my room. Hopefully I can stick to this. I tried applying a point system for a reward if I've done everything at the end. And they're pretty easy achievable goals that I have managed to stick to before. I'm dieting, I'm changing ways around food. I'm motivated! And fat! So I'm gonna do this :D

I think I ate too much today..
I had a bowl of cereal (232), two special K snack things (180) and then chicken korma which totaled to (669) A LOT. So that's like, 1,081 .. which is like the worst I've done this week.
Oh, and an apple, around 80 calories, not sure if I should count that or not.
I burned off like..150 from walking a little.
Did terribly.
But in all fairness, I did SHIT LOADS of exercise yesterday.
I hope this doesn't fuck things up.
Ima try not to eat lunch tomorrow.
