Hey Ice Bear. Just a quick question, hope I'm not taking your time, but I have noticed that the bear stack is put up by age. Was that on purpose or not? Again, sorry for taking you time
Well, Ice Bear is the strongest, so Ice Bear is at the bottom of the stack. Panda and Grizz can support the stack, but not nearly as long as Ice Bear, so Ice Bear is usually at the bottom. The ages are just a coincidence.

Ice Bear wants his identity back!
How does Ice Bear know that you’re the real Ice Bear? Ice Bear has identity theft protection so don’t try anything.

Ice bear, you have great martial arts skills! Can you please give some tips? P.S., you're awesome!
Ice Bear is flattered. The only major tip Ice Bear has for you is to practice. Practice always. Martial arts is the combination of muscle memorization and discipline, both physical and mental. Strength building exercise as well as cardio exercise is important as well as putting what you learn into practice. Do stretches often and practice balancing. Eat healthy too, get key nutrients into your body. Ice Bear does not recommend doing martial arts training on an empty stomach. Ice Bear wishes you luck.
