Some people will get some results off of ClearZine, but I don’t think that people should expect drastic results with the ingredients although some people could get that as the ingredients are effective.

The reason why Murad may be beneficial to your skin is that it contains two potent diuretics which help you flush out water and toxins. Waste that is stuck in our body often times shows up on our skin in the form of acne.

I love wine :) Glad to know that when I drink it it’s being beneficial to my health (in moderation though).
Is your skin getting enough antioxidants that it needs to function properly?
An antioxidant is a substance that helps prevent against oxidation which forms free radicals that damage cells in our body including our skin.
Some antioxidants come in the form of Green Tea, Vitamins, and even red wine!

Face mapping or “face reading” combines old techniques from Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine as well as new dermatological techniques to explain the underlying causes of acne. In Chinese it is called “Mien Shaing” which translates to “reading the face”. Because some areas of our face and body do not have correlating medical evidence to show a connection with Chinese face maps, some information from these maps have been left out. If we are having internal issues within the organs in our body they often show up as inflammation in the form of skin issues on our face and body. This inflammation can be in the form of acne, dry skin, discoloration, and various different rashes.

When we think of reasons why we get acne what usually comes to mind is stress, a bad diet, or poor hygiene but we never think that drugs or medications we take may be the culprit in our breakouts.
Drugs do not necessarily have to be illegal or prescription as they can be over the counter as well like NSAIDS, alcohol, and diuretics.
Here is a list of medications and over the counter drugs that cause acne.

Check out my newest article - Herbal Acne Treatments.
We can use an herbal acne treatment like apple cider vinegar for example to help prevent and treat acne. ACV helps to balance the pH levels in our body to keep it from becoming too acidic or too alkaline. Many people do not know this but that is a major cause of acne.
Makes sure to read about the 5 other herbal acne remedies that I recommend trying if you have skin issues like acne, eczema, or psoriasis.

Unfortunately almost all of us suffers from some type of acne and unfortunately society doesn’t teach us how to properly use nutrition to heal skin issues and other diseases.
We may be able to properly treat out acne by eating a healthier diet that is full of nutrients and essential vitamins as well as taking natural supplements that we may be deficient in.
These nutrients help us to balance hormones and reduce inflammation that may be the cause of our breakouts.

Hi everyone!
Welcome to my blog. I hope that the information I provide may help people find solutions for their acne.
I like any other person has had acne. Not severe, but I have had breakouts which made me feel like the world was ending.
Isn’t it funny how we get pimples on the day or the day before a SUPER important special occasion? Funny how life works...
There ARE ways to reduce breakouts and most of them can be done with natural supplements and home remedies. I do also use over the counter topical treatments but I have never had to use a prescription medication to get rid of my acne.
I would like to hear any questions you may have as maybe I can help answer them. Please be advised that all the information I provide is strictly for entertainment purposes. I am not telling anyone to use these products to miraculously cure their acne.
Many of the supplements and remedies I have used myself which is why I can say they work for me, but we all react to products differently as we all have our own different body chemistry.
Always consult a doctor before taking a product that you are unsure of.
Cheers to clear skin!
-Mel
