Things I’ve manifested
In the past 3 years.

~Appearance~
✎ᝰ. Healthy, long hair. I had such damaged, brittle and frizzy hair that it was insane. I had so many split ends too. My hair was so bad, it was stringy and weak. if I even slightly pulled on the ends while it was wet, it’d break off without any resistance. Now my hair is so shiny, glossy, strong and healthy.
✎ᝰ. Bright blonde hair. I had made a Pinterest board about how I wanted brighter blonde hair since I had dark, dirty blonde hair. Literally one random night, I walk into the bathroom and when I looked into the mirror, my hair was so much more lighter that it actually caught me off guard.
✎ᝰ. long nails. In the past I had such brittle and weak nails since I used to bite them when I was growing up. Even after stopping my nail biting habit, they were still so weak and prone to chipping. Now they’re soo healthy, long and strong. I even manifested perfect shaped nail beds.
✎ᝰ. Snake bites + Nose ring. Ever since I was a young teenager in the early/late 2010’s, I always wanted snake bites but I never really thought about it. After I got into manifesting, on my birthday 2 years ago, I got snake bites and a nose ring.
✎ᝰ. No acne. For years I had such bad cystic acne. Nothing I ever did, worked. even things prescribed by dermatologists I went to. It got to the point that even moisturizer gave me a chemical burn. I had tried not expensive, expensive, strong, gentle, anything and nothing worked. One day, I got fed up and told myself “this will go away.” And it did. Now I just use 2 things and that’s it. My skins clear and glowing. I barely even have any hyperpigmentation.
✎ᝰ. More sharper features. Kind of self explanatory. I wanted features similar to a models and I got it. I literally look nothing like I did in like 2019-2020.
₊˚ ‿︵‿︵‿︵୨୧ · · ♡ · · ୨୧‿︵‿︵‿︵ ˚₊
~Lifestyle~
✎ᝰ. More traveling. Literally in the past I barely ever left the block that my house was on. Yeah I’d occasionally travel but that was like months to years inbetween each time. Now I travel once a week/once every other week.
✎ᝰ. Job opportunities. Kind of self explanatory as well. I have a few jobs that have messaged me for interviews and some that want to interview me for potential apprenticeships.
✎ᝰ. More friends. I only had like 2 friends at one point in my life and I felt lonely. Now I’ve been making new friends. Now I have 7 friends and there’s more to come.
✎ᝰ. Better mental health. Now, I didn’t just manifest all my problems away, I manifested the key parts to get better, to be healthier. Now my brain fog is gone, my OCD only flairs up mildly every once in a while, and I only get anxiety attacks rarely. It took a lot of hard work to do it.
✎ᝰ. Healthier lifestyle. I lived a very unhealthy life in the past. I only drank soda and I drank like half a cup of water every day, I ate like crap and my hygiene was not the best. Now, I drink lots of water, workout for an hour everyday, I eat a lot less but more fulfilling and healthy meals, I wake up early and I sleep 8 hours a night, I take lots of showers, I brush my teeth 3 times a day, all of that.

~Etc~
✎ᝰ. New car. Yes! I got a truck!
✎ᝰ. New bag. I got this pastel bag that’s covered in stars and has enough space for my work laptop. I love it.
✎ᝰ. New Apple Watch. This was fairly recent. My old Apple Watch stopped working and a day after, my sister asked me to go on a road trip with her and she suddenly surprised me with an Apple Watch.
✎ᝰ. New IPhone. My old phone was dying really fast and it was apparently really dangerous since it’d emit higher levels of radiation than most phones, to the point some places didn’t sell it. During Christmas, my dad hands me a small wrapped box and when I opened it, it was a new IPhone.
✎ᝰ. Books. There where some books I had really wanted but I had no way to afford them. 2 days later, all of a sudden my siblings decided we should go to a casino and I won over 150$ and I spent it on the books I wanted.
✎ᝰ. Crystals. I wanted an amethyst cluster like really badly because erm, it’s pretty? And I collect crystals. Well, I go to a market and someone was selling crystals and I got an amethyst cluster for like 15$??
✎ᝰ. Stuffed animals. I wanted this stuffed stag beetle plushie that I had once seen in the store but I couldn’t afford it. I’m an aspiring entomologist so I was in love with it! For my birthday, my friend and I walk into the store and there it was for half off, and I had the exact amount for it.

Sometimes the things you want come sooner than others and sometimes some things take years, lack of patience is the cause of most problems. It will come. Seriously, you asked for it, so you’ll get it. Why are you driving yourself insane over it? It’s like telling your waitress your order and she walks off to go put it in to the chefs. It takes time for the food to come out, but you’ll be getting it none the less.
Sometimes the silence and downtime is important too, makes us more grateful for what we have. and in the search of what’s absent, we begin to see that sometimes we already have what we want.

How do you personally raise your vibrations for shifting and manifesting? I’ve always struggling with both and I wonder if it’s because of that. Also, do you just have any tips in general for those things? Thank you in advance!! 💚
How I personally raise my vibrations;
• Drink lots of water. I have a 32 oz water bottle and I drink 2 and a half of those a day.
• Listen to slow, peaceful songs. I like a lot of lofi and classical songs.
• Showering in candle light. I also do an everything shower.
• Getting lots of sunlight everyday, even if it’s just sitting by a window.
• Healthy and fulfilling foods but occasionally treating myself.
• Cleaning my room and house. It sucks at first but it helps you feel more completed.
• Learning something new everyday. Even if it’s just a quick few facts from online.
• Calling a friend or loved one who makes you feel good.
• Doing skin/hair care even if I don’t feel like it. Most times I immediately feel better after it’s done.
• Sleeping with as light or little clothes as possible.
• Going out and doing something out of the house.
• Journal. Be unfiltered and then never reread it. Put all your emotions and feelings down, don’t even hide your true feelings from yourself because you think you’re being too ‘harsh’.
• Gossip and drama lower vibrations. It’s not nice to talk about someone or hurt someone.
Some general tips for shifting;
• Stop overcomplicating it. It should flow as naturally as breathing. You don’t need to stress over not doing a technique properly or if you’re not lying properly or whatever. You can shift while on the couch, in the shower, on the bus, etc.
• While overcomplicating it is not good, having a little routine before attempting, may help, especially if yours involves laying in bed to sleep. For me, I like to make my bed, do my skin/hair/bodycare, drink some water, stretch, put on some perfume that reminds me of my DR, dress comfortably and then I climb into bed. It helps because it helps me feel like I WILL shift, it clears all my doubts.
• Ways to help you feel more connected to your DR are things like Finding candles or perfumes that remind you of your DR-selfs scent, listening to music that reminds you of it, thrifting clothes that remind you of it, styling your hair like your DR-selfs hair, do some of the mannerisms or pick up some traits from their personality. Even if it’s just you doing it alone in your mirror.
• Just do your chores and homework if it stresses you out, yes it sucks, but it’s better to get it done then worry.
• Rewatch/reread/replay what you’re planning on shifting to. Do it intently and try to think of what you’d do in the situations or how you’d fit into the cast
• A lot of people lie about their shifting success stories, so don’t worry if you don’t experience what they did.
• Stop focusing on symptoms. Think of your DR, imagine you’re already there. Think of the knock on the door, the phone call, the sound of your s.o’s voice, don’t focus on the twitches or the flashing light. Sink into the feeling that you’re home, like you just returned from a hard day at work or school and you just collapsed into bed. Saturate yourself in that comfort.
Some Manifesting Tips;
• Go through your unused journal collection or go to the journal section at your local craft store and find a journal that you feel drawn too. Use that journal to write your manifests. And only use that journal to write your manifests and gratitude.
• When I write my manifests, I like to write as if I already have what I wanted, and I write very gratefully. Like for example, I’d write;
“Today, I took my new <insert dream car> out for a drive. I love how smooth it felt to drive it, the radio worked perfectly, the wind through the open windows felt invigorating, the sun through the skylight also felt so warm and welcoming on my skin. Thank you so much universe for all of what you’ve blessed me with. I’m forever grateful for my new car. Thank you universe ❤️.”
Or something along those lines. Write like to happened. Write like you’ve already experienced it and felt everything and while you’re writing, feel every emotion you’d feel in that moment.
• Be mindful of what you manifest. If you try to manifest bad luck onto someone or something bad to happen to them, it will return onto you 3x worse. Use your powers for personal peace, not harm. Even if you think the person deserves it. The universe and karma already know what to do.
• Your intrusive thoughts do not manifest. Intrusive thoughts are not who you are, nor what you want, so it will not happen. Manifestation happens when you let it flow freely through you and you feel it as though you have it. You are safe.
• From what I’ve experienced, trying to manifest something out of jealousy, doesn’t work. You only want it because someone else has it, not because you genuinely want it. Jealously is a negative feeling that won’t help you manifest anything. Revenge glow ups and such do work simply because you want to be better, it’s something you want.

Sometimes I fear it’s not really discussed much as to how LOA and manifesting can be dangerous and damaging to the mental health of people with OCD.
As someone with OCD (Intrusive and contamination), LOA and manifestation has caused some struggles in my life to a degree where I’ve had prolonged panic attacks due to it. Although I know intrusive thoughts do not manifest because they’re unwanted thoughts and not ones you put positive energy behind to prosper, there’s still that extreme fear of manifesting my intrusive thoughts that randomly pop up. It makes me feel scared and sick for hours since I feel as though it’s coming to life.
The fear of manifesting your biggest phobias, the fear of manifesting harm on your loved ones/friends, the fear of manifesting the opposite of what you’re trying to manifest, are some of the things that people with OCD struggle with when it comes to LOA.
Remember, your mental and physical health matter more than your manifestations or LOA. Take a break from it if it causes genuine distress. The concept has been here for decades and won’t go anywhere when you feel as though you’re ready to return to it. Taking a break may also help your journey too, like a cool down and healing period so you can put all that good energy into your manifestations, when you feel ready to return.
If you are someone with OCD and you’re considering getting into manifestation, LOA and such, practice caution since it can cause your intrusive thoughts to worsen. Not saying manifestation or LOA is bad, it’s quite the opposite! But for people with certain mental disorders, it can cause distress.
And remember, your OCD does not define you, nor will your intrusive thoughts ever come true. They’re called intrusive thoughts for a reason. Your actions decide the changes of your life, not just your thoughts alone.

This was the subliminal that got me the most symptoms ever. They were very intense which scared me out of completely shifting, but they happened.
I was attempting to shift to KNY and as I laid there, I started twitching, having shortness of breath, it felt like there was a pressure on me but also like I was floating. It felt like life around me had faded away. I heard a voice beside me and when I heard that, plus along with the other symptoms getting intense, I snapped out of it and I was in my CR.
It felt like only a few short minutes had passed but half an hour did. It was insane. And when I fell asleep shortly after, I had such beautiful and vibrant dreams.
I really recommend. When I tried, I laid flat on my back and unmoving but I allowed myself some grace to itch or shift a bit if I got uncomfortable, I kept my room quiet and cold, I tucked under my blankets and put headphones in and followed along. I have aphantasia and this almost worked for me! It’s perfect for those who cannot visualize.
