i've been on tumblr since september 2024, on a different account, lurking around shiftblr and loablr. just liking posts, never commenting or reblogging. i always kept any important posts in my drafts so i wouldn't lose them, but it got unorganised so i figured i'd just make a separate blog to repost things there— here, this blog. that makes this blog partially an archive of all shifting/manifesting advice, shifting/manifesting motivation, and shifting/manifesting success stories that i thought were helpful. but things change, and i talk a lot about my mha dr as well now.
i've been trying to shift on and off since early 2021. i've shifted quite a few times before (including to this reality, i'm not from here originally, hi!), but i won't be talking about how to shift much, since i don't really consider myself a guru(?). i do have my own shifting method that's been working well for me.
i started getting into manifestation in 2022, and i've manifested a lot by now. a lot of my manifesting successes were using subliminals and assuming it'd work/it was certain i'd get what i wanted. i've tried repeating affirmations, but those methods never worked for me, so i decided to learn more about the law of assumption, and i've been getting amazing results ever since.

i do have other drs but i never talk about them... my main mha dr, with all the messiness and the fusions and the several different media stolen, is my home, and it's the only dr i feel strongly about. feel free to ask about other drs though

I started w/ scripting things that I thinks would be what I wants. I prefer to use Notion! I write down everything I wants. It might be hards to do that! So I broke it up into parts.
This part is nots necessary! It justs organizes whats you wants. And you can check off the things you have manifested w/ it!
Lists all the things you wants! Start with a more surface level idea. For examples, “I looks like __” or “I haves ___”. What I wrote was “I haves a low BMI” and “I haves a smaller body”.
Nexts, make separate sections for each things you listed. Name them the bigger picture version of whats it was about. For examples: “Body” or “Voice” or “health” or “relationships” ands so on!
After thats, things should comes naturally to you! Keep listing things thats you wants in those sections. And if you wants to, make mini sections for the specific things!
once you ares done with thats, start making a playlist for it!
I can gives you my playlists, once it’s done with its revamp!
After thats, affirm or justs listen to that playlist consistently! For me, it tooks around 2 months.

My Favourite Manifesting Method:
Hi everyone! It’s Anastasia again!
I know it’s been a while since the last post but I’ve honestly been swamped with work and now that there’s a new semester, I thought I would at least post SOMETHING.
One thing I’ve noticed when it comes to manifesting is that people set their expectations high— so high that they can’t even believe that what they want is going to come through. They’re doubting themselves. If you don’t understand what I’m saying— here’s an example.
Would you believe that one day you’ll go on a walk and find 100$ on the ground? Possible? Yes. Likely? No.
Would you believe that one day you’ll go on a walk and find 10$ on the ground? Possible? Yes. Likely? Much more.
Another thing I’ve noticed when it comes to manifesting or even shifting is that everyone loves to over complicate things. Nothing ever needs to be complicated. I have also struggled when it comes to the need to over complicate things. I always just thought that it couldn’t be so easy and that it wouldn’t work if it was simple. But why can’t it?
Here’s a really simple manifestation method that I love using…
Every night before I go to sleep I just think/tell myself:
“In the morning, I’m going to wake up skinnier. In the morning, I’m going to wake up with a smaller rib cage.”
And that’s it. I wake up skinnier with a smaller rib cage every time. But why does it work? Simple. I’m not doubting myself. I’m not over complicating what is mine.
Thank you for reading and I hope this method is the one for you! I’m not sure if it was already made or done by another person— I honestly just thought of it one day and implemented it and it worked for me.

how to feel deserving of your desires
~ a small guide
1. get rid of moral perfectionism
everyone likes having a clean moral slate. but you cannot avoid making mistakes. you hurt someone? you said the wrong thing? you overextended yourself? acted too soon, too rashly? don't worry, it's all fixable. making a mistake is not the end of the world. you are much more than just your past mistakes. allow yourself grace as you are living this life for the first time & navigating your way only with the tools your consciousness is currently aware of.
moral perfectionism will never let you feel good enough or better enough no matter what you do. remember that guilt holds you back from feeling deserving of better things because you've now labelled and judged yourself as a bad person who is not capable of growth.
remember you are always growing, learning to live and aren't the sum of your mistakes. you've come here to live and a part of it is to forgive people and be forgiven for making mistakes. as soon as you forgive the past version of you who made those mistakes & offer compassion to yourself, you detach & return to your god self much easier.
2. assuming the worst case scenario is holding you back
your brain is programmed to help you survive, not manifest. thinking and dwelling on worst case scenarios is a brain function to protect you from dangers. But more often than not, it is only self destructive, addictive and a myopic way of thinking. allow people and circumstances to exist outside of your limited scope of thinking. not everyone is out to get you, not everyone hates you, not everyone intends to trigger you or make you angry.
as soon as you realise that people and events can exist independently without targeting you all the time, you'd be free. allow people and circumstances to be, without assuming the worst out of them. most times, we react, overthink and reaffirm those thoughts into reality with the amount of intensity we place behind them. you don't have to dwell on every feeling or thought that your mind thinks, you have the power to select. you can always take a step back before you react or attach meaning to it.
3. people pleasing + no boundaries = disrespect to your godself
prioritising others over your wellbeing results in burnout, resentment, and a diminished sense of self-worth. when you abandon your boundaries, you abandon yourself. abandoning yourself is NOT the cost you pay to keep the peace or make people or situations stay in your life. by assuming you must please others to be valued, you attract people & events that reinforce this dynamic, leading to ongoing self-disrespect & unworthiness.
If you assume that setting boundaries will lead to rejection or conflict, you will avoid establishing them, leading to situations where others reflect it back to you. this lack of boundaries reflects a belief that your comfort and well-being are less important than maintaining harmony. which it isn't, so set boundaries, do not take BS. and remember. you are deserving simply because you exist.
take up space, own your needs & watch your self talk
taking up space and having your own needs is about recognizing and honoring your self-worth. start by embracing who you are, strengths and weaknesses included. don't be afraid to communicate your needs clearly and confidently-being assertive helps others understand your boundaries. remember to set and maintain healthy boundaries to protect yourself.
be vigilant and watch how you talk to yourself. you would never talk crap about your loved ones in the way you can talk crap about yourself. you can really be your harshest critic without even knowing. monitor your inner conversations and note everything you unknowingly believe about yourself. slowly, change those thoughts to fit your new self. prioritise self-care and do things that nourish you. respect yourself enough to demand respect from others. understand that having needs doesn't make you weak; it makes you human.
revert to your god self
your highest self operates with purity & authenticity. it operates solely upon love and abundance. this version of you knows no limitations & is your god self that can manifest everything it feels the desire for. by connecting with this authentic part of yourself, you manifest from a place of inner peace and knowing, with no urge to "make things happen".
to connect with your higher self and trust in manifestation, start by letting go of the need to do something to make your manifestation happen. cultivating trust & believing your higher self is manifesting your desire without you having to interfere, is key. the more you agitate, the more you disconnect from your desire. surround yourself with positive influences-people, environments and media that uplift you. cultivate gratitude for what you have, as it raises your vibration and aligns you with abundance. finally, act from a place of love and compassion, both for yourself & others, to stay aligned with your higher self's true nature.

Manifesting regardless of the 3d physical reality (how to deal with circumstances). By: Dark NightShade
Hellos everyone ^^ 🌸💕
So to start off. This is a post that contains my own personal views on manifesting. You don’t have to agree with everything! Just take what resonates. To start off-i’d like to say that in my OPINION. the 3d reality is real, but it is malleable. The 3d reality is a mirror that reflects who you are. It is also neutral. What’s important is your desires and deciding that you already have what you want. 🌸 there’s a whole omniverse-so you’re just gaining awareness of a timeline where you already have what you want ^^.
Regarding circumstances
But how come when I decide what I want, it’s not there yet? How come when I decide that what I want, I’m still dealing with the opposite?
The 3D is a neutral mirror. It’s just a reflection of your past thoughts/energies/assumptions. If I look in my reflection and I don’t see my dream appearance, that does NOT mean that my manifestations have failed. Circumstances are neutral and have no power over you.
How the 3D is neutral (examples):
In this example, two people are waiting for someone to text them back.
The first person thinks to themselves: they haven’t answered me. They must think that I am super annoying and hate me for it! I’m sure they’re mad at me and hate texting me.
The second person thinks to themselves: they haven’t answered me yet, but it’s alright. I am sure they are simply busy. They will answer me soon.
The second person moves on with their day. As you can see, these two scenarios have the same circumstance, but your assumptions on it affect your manifestations. This is how the 3D is neutral.
I remember I would once look at myself in the mirror and be like: I am beyond ugly, my manifestations haven’t been working at all.
But then I would start to change my ways, and start thinking: “I am NOT ugly-I am very pretty and my negative thoughts do NOT mean anything, because I say so.”
And it helped me a lot. Stay strong in your manifestations. It is alright to waver and spiral-it is okay to cry and feel your emotions. Just don’t let it affect your manifestations. In fact-you could affirm that it boosts your manifestations instead.
If i decide I look like a beautiful tanned ball jointed doll, I shouldn’t talk down on myself in the mirror. I should be affirming “omg my manifestations have worked!” And move on with my day.
Manifestation is as effortless as you desire
Don’t force the mirror (3D reality) to change. It is simply reflecting upon who you are. So change yourself. But don’t force yourself to do anything you don’t want to do. If you don’t want to affirm 24/7 you don’t have to. You also don’t need to loop subliminals all day unless you want to. A decision is all it takes. Techniques are just for fun and are simply TOOLS to help you.
Affirmations that may help (energy charged):
-I am beautiful, and I am powerful. I always have been, and always will be.
-The 3D is a reflection of who I am, and I am a master manifestor.
-I already have all of my desires, regardless of my emotions. My emotions are valid, and they boost my manifestations.
-It is okay if i cry or get angry, I always win either way.
-I am a master manifestor regardless of everything.
-circumstances don’t matter, they never did.

i just realized i don't think about the 3d until i see a post about the 3d, and then i start reacting to the 3d (thinking of whether things have materialised or not, how close am i physically to what i want, other people's reactions, etc.)
which quickly spirals me into a horrible messy hole of doubt and uncertainty, mhm... what did you say about leaving loablr? that maybe constantly reading about the law isn't healthy?

I HAVEEE TO STOP ACCIDENTALLY MANIFESTING THINGS??? Like thinking abt something and then it happens...
Me and my brother were home alone, I was getting him on the bus so we were waiting outside and then my neighbor who I haven't talked to in my five years of being here pulled out of his driveway and I had the thought "I sure hope he doesn't pull into our driveway and I have to talk to some creepy old guy" AND THEN HE DID. UGH. "I have your mail" GI AWAY that wasn't even our mail ik he was being nice but I got scared. My brother went to walk up to him and when I tell you I shoved him RIGHT back into that garage away from the guys car

uhm first of all.. are YOU even obsessed with you? why would you expect other people to be obsessed with you when your not? when you say negative things about yourself in your head, your putting that energy out into the world. this is why self concept is important. you don’t absolutely need it to manifest, but it can make manifesting 1000x easier

let me start off by saying you shouldn’t hate yourself. you are pretty, you are smart, you are enough, you are fun to be around, you are a good person. when you love yourself you make things in your life a lot easier. you trust yourself more, you have less doubt, your confident in yourself and your manifesting abilities, and you will put that energy out into the world

Shifting is a personal journey.
You shouldn’t be asking everyone why you haven’t shifted yet— ask yourself
Have I shifted yet? yes! i shift everyday. have i shifted to my DR yet? Not yet i haven’t, and that’s okay.
I’ve been in this community for 4 years and I still haven’t shifted. That isn’t anyone else’s issue, that’s my issue.
It’s no one else’s issue. No one will have the answer to why you haven’t done it yet. Only you will.
Maybe you’re not comfortable with a method
Maybe you need to try something new
Maybe you’re scared
Maybe you have mental block
Shifting is a journey, a hard one. A frustrating one. But it’s your journey.

Things I’ve manifested
In the past 3 years.

~Appearance~
✎ᝰ. Healthy, long hair. I had such damaged, brittle and frizzy hair that it was insane. I had so many split ends too. My hair was so bad, it was stringy and weak. if I even slightly pulled on the ends while it was wet, it’d break off without any resistance. Now my hair is so shiny, glossy, strong and healthy.
✎ᝰ. Bright blonde hair. I had made a Pinterest board about how I wanted brighter blonde hair since I had dark, dirty blonde hair. Literally one random night, I walk into the bathroom and when I looked into the mirror, my hair was so much more lighter that it actually caught me off guard.
✎ᝰ. long nails. In the past I had such brittle and weak nails since I used to bite them when I was growing up. Even after stopping my nail biting habit, they were still so weak and prone to chipping. Now they’re soo healthy, long and strong. I even manifested perfect shaped nail beds.
✎ᝰ. Snake bites + Nose ring. Ever since I was a young teenager in the early/late 2010’s, I always wanted snake bites but I never really thought about it. After I got into manifesting, on my birthday 2 years ago, I got snake bites and a nose ring.
✎ᝰ. No acne. For years I had such bad cystic acne. Nothing I ever did, worked. even things prescribed by dermatologists I went to. It got to the point that even moisturizer gave me a chemical burn. I had tried not expensive, expensive, strong, gentle, anything and nothing worked. One day, I got fed up and told myself “this will go away.” And it did. Now I just use 2 things and that’s it. My skins clear and glowing. I barely even have any hyperpigmentation.
✎ᝰ. More sharper features. Kind of self explanatory. I wanted features similar to a models and I got it. I literally look nothing like I did in like 2019-2020.
₊˚ ‿︵‿︵‿︵୨୧ · · ♡ · · ୨୧‿︵‿︵‿︵ ˚₊
~Lifestyle~
✎ᝰ. More traveling. Literally in the past I barely ever left the block that my house was on. Yeah I’d occasionally travel but that was like months to years inbetween each time. Now I travel once a week/once every other week.
✎ᝰ. Job opportunities. Kind of self explanatory as well. I have a few jobs that have messaged me for interviews and some that want to interview me for potential apprenticeships.
✎ᝰ. More friends. I only had like 2 friends at one point in my life and I felt lonely. Now I’ve been making new friends. Now I have 7 friends and there’s more to come.
✎ᝰ. Better mental health. Now, I didn’t just manifest all my problems away, I manifested the key parts to get better, to be healthier. Now my brain fog is gone, my OCD only flairs up mildly every once in a while, and I only get anxiety attacks rarely. It took a lot of hard work to do it.
✎ᝰ. Healthier lifestyle. I lived a very unhealthy life in the past. I only drank soda and I drank like half a cup of water every day, I ate like crap and my hygiene was not the best. Now, I drink lots of water, workout for an hour everyday, I eat a lot less but more fulfilling and healthy meals, I wake up early and I sleep 8 hours a night, I take lots of showers, I brush my teeth 3 times a day, all of that.

~Etc~
✎ᝰ. New car. Yes! I got a truck!
✎ᝰ. New bag. I got this pastel bag that’s covered in stars and has enough space for my work laptop. I love it.
✎ᝰ. New Apple Watch. This was fairly recent. My old Apple Watch stopped working and a day after, my sister asked me to go on a road trip with her and she suddenly surprised me with an Apple Watch.
✎ᝰ. New IPhone. My old phone was dying really fast and it was apparently really dangerous since it’d emit higher levels of radiation than most phones, to the point some places didn’t sell it. During Christmas, my dad hands me a small wrapped box and when I opened it, it was a new IPhone.
✎ᝰ. Books. There where some books I had really wanted but I had no way to afford them. 2 days later, all of a sudden my siblings decided we should go to a casino and I won over 150$ and I spent it on the books I wanted.
✎ᝰ. Crystals. I wanted an amethyst cluster like really badly because erm, it’s pretty? And I collect crystals. Well, I go to a market and someone was selling crystals and I got an amethyst cluster for like 15$??
✎ᝰ. Stuffed animals. I wanted this stuffed stag beetle plushie that I had once seen in the store but I couldn’t afford it. I’m an aspiring entomologist so I was in love with it! For my birthday, my friend and I walk into the store and there it was for half off, and I had the exact amount for it.

Sometimes the things you want come sooner than others and sometimes some things take years, lack of patience is the cause of most problems. It will come. Seriously, you asked for it, so you’ll get it. Why are you driving yourself insane over it? It’s like telling your waitress your order and she walks off to go put it in to the chefs. It takes time for the food to come out, but you’ll be getting it none the less.
Sometimes the silence and downtime is important too, makes us more grateful for what we have. and in the search of what’s absent, we begin to see that sometimes we already have what we want.

he can't help but think of me constantly. i'm literally haunting his dreams, his thoughts. he can't get me out of his head. he's desperate for me everyday. js one convo w me is all he needs in order to feel lyk getting up n living his life. he needs me to exist. he's always always always spamming my texts and calls tryna get a rep from me. he's literally worried sick to the point where he can't live w out me. i'm taking ovr his mind. he can't focus w out thinking of me. he can't escape meee. the thought of me js neva leaves his mind. i'm literally the only thing in his mind rn. he's constantly reminicing on his experiences w me, tryna relive it all lyk it was his first time. he gains a deeper sense of love for me with every passing day. the thought of me lingers thru his mind even when he's focusing on smt else, i neva leave his mind. he basc devoted his whole concious mind to me and me only.
