D20 Mentopolis spoilers:

Love the way The Fix is being played as someone with AuDHD - but it’s got me feeling a lot of feelings

Specifically the scene with him being approached by the DA, M. Bition, like the way that he kind of looks at The Fix as a tool and a novelty, but also the way he specifically says he works “outside of the law”

Like there’s definitely this othering happening where The Fix is definitely valued but also kept at a distance. It makes a lot of sense as someone who also had hyper-fixations in the sciences that got me a degree but also was at times my worst enemy when it came to productivity.

Also just the awkwardness that the DA has towards The Fix when he compliments his hair and is direct like the vibes are definitely neurotypical person talking to a neurodivergent person

And I know lots of people have been talking about how this season depicts “the Great Depression” and I just want to say that depression is totally comorbid with ADHD (and autism) especially when someone’s needs aren’t being met (or they aren’t yet aware about their own neurodivergence and keep pushing themselves to societal standards)
