there’s this one Hozier song that goes “you’ll hear me howling outside your door” and like i KNOW i’ve said no werewolf traits for Tsukiko but urgh urgh EURGH AU where tsukiko didn’t get “adopted” in time and her curse got weird but she gets found by Gretchen somehow and it’s that feral werewolf romance shit i like uuuuuuuuuuuh :x

So i’ve tried inking digitally, and uhhhhh it doesn’t look very great ! Which means I will have to postpone the update until I get my hands on some good inks, I apologise :’( I’ll go to the art store tomorrow so maybe you’ll get a Full Moon update at least ? i’ll try to get three pages done this week so it looks like we didn’t miss a Sunday. So as I’ve said on my main, i’ve stupidly lost all of my inks/erasers, so while I can still do colour work, I can’t ink anything anymore, but there’s IFC pages to be made... Should I try to do it digitally, or would you guys be willing to wait some time until I get my hands on new inks ? If I do g digital, do you have good brushes (SAI) to recommend ? Those I’ve tried are too... Well they’re kind of all over the place “fancy inks” and I just want a simple, smooth brush, kind of like the binary pen except actually smooth ??

hi! i was wondering if 'In Full Circle' is also available on Tapas (the webcomic hosting platform)? I keep up with all the webcomics i love over there, and i was wondering if your comic is there too? (just curious, i'm not demanding you upload it if it isn't or anything, and i'm still going read and love your wonderful-looking comic once my life clears up a bit). love your (non-comic) work!

No, sorry, it’s not, but I’ve been thinking really hard about moving the comic somewhere, well, comic friendly and also not crumbling down, so it might be on Tapas one day ^^ I’m just a sucker for customisation and tapas isn’t very good at this it seems... Like I want a pretty blog and everything to go with the story, you know? Hiveworks would have been neat, but they didn’t want the comic, so I’ll keep looking ^^ Thank you for your interest and compliments though !! Have a very nice day !

Not sure I’ll be able to post tonight, there’s a lot on my plate at the moment but I’ll do my best to post it on Tuesday (not Monday since I’ll be logging off this blue hellspace for the day). Also, IFC will be 2 years old on the 24, and I wanna do at least a tiny celebration doodle, so I have to start working on that !! Thank you for understanding you are the real MVPs ^^

Almost finished sketching Chapter 1, and I think it’s an appropriate time to remind you that In Full Circle has/will have pretty violent scenes, and it might be good for you to check the trigger list on the “about” page on the comic’s blog. Also please consider the fact that the story isn’t set in stone and more triggers could be added in the future (I’ll make another post like this one if that happens). Chapter 1 is “relatively” safe, but it will become heavier in the next chapters, so take care of yourself ! I’ll also do my best to tag each page accordingly but if something slips please please please tell me. Okay that’s all ! Love you !

My only official contribution to Inktober... It’s weird to ink Gretchen with regular pens and not a calligraphy pen, but it was good fun !

I’ve said it before but there’s very little I like more than this “trying to touch a ghost/ghost trying to touch you but it doesn’t work because it’s a ghost” visual trope

and I didn’t even know that before I started drawing Gretchen :x

In other less exciting news, I haven’t heard of Hiveworks and it seems like the 6 weeks deadline has passed so I think that’s a no for them :( I’m.... bummed but not surprised? i love IFC but it’s not exactly a masterpiece. I guess I’ll just focus on making the blog pretty now - I’d like to maybe order a tablet when I get extra money or for Christmas and do that thing where you can make your own handwritten font so the writing will be better? and i HAVE to figure out how to make a good banner because all of the ones I did so far didn’t fit in the thing, which I’m very sad about because I worked real hard on these banners :’( Also maybe buttons ? Cast pages ? Wanted to save these for a proper website but I’ll put them up real soon then, so look out for that !!
