I'm making a small return to tumblr after years of absence simply to scream about how much I really DON'T LIKE JULIETTE.

I'm in the middle of a rewatch of Grimm and dude, 1) you don't get to decide of Nick does or doesn't want his powers back. 2) you chose to help him get his powers back 3) his mom? really? 4) you helped steal someone's baby.

She's right, there's enough blame to go around, she's just not willing to take on any of it.

Life is weird.

I haven't been on tumblr in so long because the app made me mad on my phone so one day I just logged out without actually telling anyone and I feel like I've lost friends because I was an asshole that didn't tell anyone I wasn't going to be active anymore.

But then I remembered that I have shared my Instagram repeatedly so like, if the people I thought were my friends actually were my friends, I could have been found there.

Idk, I just feel weird and I logged in for the first time today in a long time and I'm having weird thoughts about the last time I used AIM or the last time I used any forums. And wondering about all the people that I've called internet friends that just eventually faded away.

A little PSA for people who use AO3…

Gen refers to fic that is not focused on romance. If your fic is not a romance fic, please give it this tag.

Other refers to fic that is focused on romance, but is not specifically male/female, male/male, or female/female (like an OT3 (ship involving 3 people), a ship involving characters that are not male or female, etc). IT IS NOT FOR PLATONIC RELATIONSHIPS. IT IS FOR ROMANTIC ONES. please for the love of all that is holy do not tag your family-relationship-centered fics as “other” you are going to give people a HEART ATTACK.

“Character/Character” is for romantic pairs. “Character & Character” is for platonic relationships like friendship, family, etc. Please do not tag family-centered or adult-and-minor-centered platonic character relationships as character/character for the love of all that is holy

The E rating is for smut and literally nothing else (unless you have other unusual reasons to rate it E–I’ve seen people apply it to non-smut fics as a deterrent to keep minors away from it, but keep in mind it’ll make it so people who are trying to avoid smut will not find your fic). Your fic that has a lot of graphic violence but no sexual content does not need an E rating.

The M rating is for fics that would basically be rated R if they were movies, and may contain graphic violence, some sexual content, and generally more serious subject matter than you would typically show a teenager. However, if your fic is almost entirely smut, please just give it an E rating.

Also, when you post a fic, you WILL want to give it a rating, or else AO3 will assume you’re probably posting smut and will warn everybody who clicks on your fic that it may contain adult content. If you don’t want that on your fic that contains no adult content at all, please just give it the proper rating instead of not rating it at all.

The moment in BOP Harley gets annoyed about the sprinklers turning on was a nod to the ridiculousness of the wet shirt scenes in Suicide Squad.

Can I just say I love harley Quinn's fighting in birds of prey? They really leveraged her weight (or lack thereof) and it made me happy because they legitimately took the whole "women have less muscle mass and are therefore dont have the same capacity for violence" and flipped it on its head. Shes constantly zipping about. There was a fight scene with water where the heavier dudes would lose traction and fall harder. There was a fight scene where she was on roller skates (her doing roller derby?? Famous for being both feminine and violent?? Heck yeah). Her weapons of choice are blunt objects, where she leverages motion instead of brute strength.

Her specialty move? Breaking peoples knees by jumping on them?

This is a woman who knows her body and how it produces the biggest punch. She compensates for her size using momentum.

(That is not to say that there shouldn't be bigger women using more grounded fighting techniques in media, just that i loved Harley's fight choreo because it's such a good answer to women are lighter and cant fight" because it's not just "weaponry" but "gravity and skill")
