- 4 months later -

It’s been 4 months since Matt gave you his number at the tour. You sent him a simple text saying ‘hey’ but he never read it. Until now. You got a text from Matt saying, “hey y/n. I promise I didn’t forget about you. I’ve just been so busy with our tour and just things with my brothers.” You SCREAMED. As he sent this message your heart was pounding so fast. He remembered your name?

- you and Matt’s texts -

Matt: I’m in Boston right now with Marylou, Jimmy, Nick, and Chris. Do you think it would be okay if you can come over?

(you live in Boston which is where Matt and his brothers live / visit back and forth from LA)

“Yeah that would be amazing actually, when?”

Matt: “Tonight? I’m sorry I know it’s kind of short notice but I told my parents and brothers about you, which Nick and Chris remember you briefly but my parents are excited to meet you.”

Your heart wants to accept Matt’s invite to his house, but will your parents allow this..? I mean you’re turning 18 in a couple days maybe they will let it slide.

“I’ll have to ask my parents first but my 18th birthday is soon so I hope they allow it..”

Matt: “Do you want me to talk to them? I’ll make sure they will understand and we can set some boundaries if needed be.”

“Yeah that would be great here’s my mom’s number ‘828374474’ (random number bye) thanks for doing all of this by the way.”

Matt: “Of course, anything for you.”

‘Anything for you’ ANYTHING FOR YOU??? You can’t even wrap your head around any of this being true.. Does he really mean it?

- a couple hours later -

Your mom comes in your room asking you all about this Matt Sturniolo nonsense.

Mom: “y/n who is this guy texting me asking if you can come over? He’s 21 years old.”

“Mom please. I promise it’s not anything bad! remember the tour I went to a few months ago? That’s one of the triplets! He gave me his number and we’ve been texting, he really wants to see me. Mom please don’t ruin this for me I promise we’ll be good. You can meet his family if you need to.”

Mom: “Look, fine. I’ll allow it but when he picks you up i’ll need a whole explanation from him and make sure nothing ‘bad’ will happen.”

You cannot believe your mom allowed this. She texted Matt saying it’s ok which he shot you a text saying “I’ll pick you up at 7. be ready.” Eee!!! You’re overwhelmed and thinking about what to wear and what Matt will like. So many emotions all at once.

The clock struck 7PM and there was a knock at the front door. You rushed downstairs and swung the door open to see matt standing there. You will never forget what he was wearing. A black leather jacket over a black t-shirt with camo jeans. and his scent.. he smelt so amazing. He was almost as gorgeous as the first time you met him.

Matt: “you look nice. ready to head out? I already texted your mom all the details, don’t worry.”

You excitedly shook your head yes and shut the door following matt outside to his car.

The car ride was silent but filled with emotions as he pulled into the driveway of his parents house. You both got out of the car. As Matt opened the front door for you his parents marylou and jimmy welcomed you. You could see Nick and Chris’s shadows behind them.

Marylou: “Welcome to our home sweetie! Is there anything we can get you?”

You’ve only seen marylou and Jimmy on youtube videos with the triplets, so this was all surreal that it was happening to you.

“No I’m okay! thanks though I appreciate it.”

Jimmy and Marylou smiled as Matt put a hand on your back and led you to the living room and led you to the couch to sit with him. Nick and Chris snuck up behind Matt

Chris and Nick: “BOO!”

Matt basically jumped up from his seat

Matt: “wtf guys?!”

Chris: “What? did that seriously scare you? Aren’t you supposed to be the ‘tough’ triplet.”

Nick bursted out laughing when Chris said that. Matt and Chris started play fighting just like in their youtube videos. You and nick were giggling with eachother as you both watched it unfold.

-30 minutes later-

Marylou prepared an amazing dinner and invited everyone to the dining table to eat. You were eating some of the pasta she made while being questioned by Matts parents.

Marylou: “So y/n.. how did you two meet? Matt made it sound magical”

You could almost sense Marylou’s hint of exaggeration when she said this. Jimmy giggled at Marylou’s response. “It was at their boston tour.. I was behind the stage meeting them and matt gave me his number, and it kinda just went from there.”

You could sense Matt blushing from beside you but didn’t want to make it obvious you were looking at him.

Marylou: “Aw that’s so sweet! matt isn’t usually the type of person to just do that. you must be special.”

‘Must be special?’ As the whole night carried on this echoed in your mind. Millions of girls throw themselves at Matt, so why did he choose you? Were you really special? Or does he do this to all the girls he meets..?

Hell no. This whole time you’ve been thinking and didn’t even realize to respond to him. “Oh okay I see it was me.” He said while smirking. The smirk that could make you do anything. “Uhm what no where did you get that from???” You said. “And what do you mean by was?” Oh shit. You just totally gave it away. “So you’re saying you have a crush on me now?” He said while leaning in closer. You were practically about to faint. “Well uhm…” You stuttered while trying to form the right words. He looked at your lips and then back at you again. Before you could say another word he leaned in and kissed you. “Is that your answer? Well then here’s mine.” You leaned in and kissed him back. “Oh yeah?” He said and then looked you up and down. “By the way, you’re a bad liar.”

It was the day of the Sturniolo Triplets “Surprise Party Tour” you have been anxiously waiting for weeks for the day to come as you are the biggest Matt girl ever.

Setting the scene>> You are in line for the meet and greet section of the tour before they go on stage. You are next in the line.

As you’re waiting to meet the Triplets you can’t help but notice Matt was staring at you every few seconds which made you melt inside but you tried to act nonchalant.

As the girl who was in front of you finished her turn you finally get to meet them, Matt: “hey what’s your name?”

“I’m y/n.. I cant believe I’m meeting you right now, is this real!?”

Matt: “this is as real as it gets.” Matt slightly chuckled as he said this while autographing you a post card with him on it, but there was something on the back? his phone number?

Matt winked at you as you go to meet Nick and Chris who give Matt a glance and repeatedly look at you and Matt back and forth.

As your turn is finished you walk out of the meet and greet section and go take a seat in the front row of the tour.

- The Triplets POV -

Chris: “dude what was that?” as Chris says this Nick is cackling in the background.

Matt: “What? She’s cute!” As Matt says this, Chris and Nick were jaw dropped at this moment.

Chris: “Come on. You never give your phone number out to anyone.. Especially random fan girls. What’s going on?”

Matt: “Look. She was really pretty and I don’t know I just feel like we have a connection- is there a problem with that?”

Nick: “Matt. She cannot be older than 18 years old. You’re gonna get yourself in some sort of trouble if anyone finds out about that. you’re setting yourself up right now.”

Matt: “Whatever I don’t care but we really gotta get to the show.”

- Y/Ns POV -

As the triplets welcome themselves onto the stage, girls all around you start screaming at the top of their lungs as they see the triplets, but you’re just blank staring at Matt as he does the same for you. you’re both completely lost in thought.

you shoot Matt a half heart hand as he finishes the other half you’re practically dead inside because you love him so much.

- 2 hours later (the triplets exit the stage) -

you get up to leave after the show concludes and start heading outside until you hear somebody behind you. It’s Matt?

Matt: “Hey! y/n right?” all you’re thinking is, ‘is this real life?’

“Um- yeah hey Matt!” you shoot up a smile but you’re feeling so many emotions all at once.

Matt: “I’m kind of in a rush right now but I can’t wait to hear from you.. I hope you enjoyed the show by the way.”

“No I totally will as soon as possible. And yeah the show was amazing! like a dream come true mostly.”

Matt: “I’m so happy to hear that but i do have one question. Um, how old are you..?”

“Oh! well I’m 17.” you say this nervously because you don’t want this to ruin you and Matt’s relationship. But 4 years isn’t that bad right?

Matt: “Cool. I’ll see you soon.” After he says this he walks away in the opposite direction towards Matt and Chris.

You start thinking about that moment over and over again. The words ‘I’ll see you soon’ was repeatedly in your mind. What does he mean by that? You hope he actually means that.
