Tony Stark Birthday Edition

Since it’s Tony’s birthday today, aka I just remembered that it’s his birthday, I thought I’d make a little blurb au or something.

I headcanon Tony as being able to cook and bake. Tony made do with what he had in that scene in IM2 okay. He loves to cook/bake and from time to time he’ll bake treats for his family/friends. Like birthdays and Christmas and whatever special occasion happens.

Also, this is an au where everyone is alive and happy and just the whole adopted family trope is my fave. Stephen wants to do something special for Tony’s birthday so he and Peter and America decided to bake a cake for Tony’s birthday cuz Tony always cooks/bakes for everyone.

Wong is there to actually help cuz Stephen Peter and America are trying their best but there’s a reason they’re not the cooks/bakers. Wong has mastered the art of baking/cooking and he and Tony share the secrets/tricks that they’ve learned.

Pepper and Rhodey are there to distract Tony with their own birthday traditions when it used to be just the four of them. Happy is there as a “bodyguard” cuz he takes his job seriously but he’s really here to celebrate Tony’s birthday.

Anyways back to Stephen and the others. Instead of the ingredients making their way to the bowl that Wong is stirring, it gets on everyone. Let’s just say that Cloakie loves getting messy. (Inspired by the Tide ad with Cloakie getting food on itself)

Wong is making red velvet cake, not the store-bought kind. Tony deserves something homemade okay. Anyways all of the Avengers and other heroes start coming to the Stark mansion to set up for the birthday celebration.

They all bring their own food specialties. They somehow get covered in flour because they’re all chaotic enough alone, but together it’s just pure chaos. Tony, Pepper, Rhodey, and Happy come back to the others covered in flour frozen in a way that suggests they were in a good fight. (The cake is already baked and decorated and now they’re cleaning up but Peter and America accidentally got flour on each other)

Once the others realize that the quartet is back they’re all “SURPRISE!!” And FRIDAY sets off the confetti and Wong is like “I made sure the cake was actually getting made” Tony thinks this is the best birthday ever cuz everyone’s just chaotic and having fun.

Tony gives Stephen a little kiss on the lips and nose cuz Stephen looks cute that he’s trying his best to contain the chaos even though he’s also part of the chaos.

An AU of my Starving Artist!Stephen Strange AU

This au is an angsty sorta magic au. The main au both Stephen and Tony get together after a few years.

Stephen at first didn’t know what the paintbrush did but it was passed down to him from his mom. A paintbrush that was passed down from parent to child for years. She had told Stephen that it was special. That it was magic. That it brought the art to life if only a little bit. Stephen didn’t believe her one bit. It wasn’t until his beloved Tony had died that Stephen became tempted. Stephen missed him. He missed his laughter. He missed the days where he’d paint all the stupid stuff Tony wanted. Stephen guessed that maybe the reason why his art style realistic was maybe deep down in his soul he knew that he’d want to paint his muse as real as possible. With the magic in the paintbrush and his magic, Stephen painted portraits of Tony and for a few hours a day he had his muse back. If only for a short moment in time.

Another angsty ironstrange idea

When people die they turn into ghostly wraiths and their flowy wraith outfits is a shimmery glimmering iridescence of rainbow colors. Anyways so yiiiii this is also canon in that Tony died so yiiii he’s a wraith and basically he haunts his people. But they just think it’s the light hitting something glass when they see a glimmering iridescent rainbow at the corners of their eyes. Tony and Stephen were already together pre infinity war. Anyways just Stephen grieving and constantly having a rainbow shine on his face not knowing that Tony is kinda a wraith haunting his loved ones.

I saw the tears and I thought to myself “oooo idea! Oh let’s make it sad too!” So anyways here’s the prompt.

So going with the Merlin lore where when sorcerers/magicians/witches use magic their eyes glow gold, (or if you want to you can have their eyes glow the color of their magic). Also slightly inspired by one of Symphogear’s villains turned ally, Carol Malus Deinheim where she uses her vast wealth of memories as an energy source for her attacks. So when magic users use magic especially really powerful spells they have to sacrifice their memories. So while they’re using their magic during fights they end up unknowingly crying, and their tears are gold or again if y’all decide to use the color of their magic. At the end of the fight they’re like “I’m sad and I’m crying? But why am I sad? I don’t remember why I started crying in the middle of the fight?” As they wipe away the glowing tears streaming down their faces. They don’t have the memories but they have the emotions. Anyways Stephen is crying for the lost memories of his beloved Tony. To make it worse, Stephen is gonna struggle more with remembering who the lost memories are about cuz Tony isn’t there to help cuz he’s dead.

Best Fishes!

In a world with no heroes, Stephen is still a neurosurgeon and Tony is a marine biologist. Something happens that Tony somehow needs a neurosurgeon for his field of study, (that’s up to y’all). So they end up emailing each other to start the line of communication. Also fyi Tony loves puns and so he ends his emails with “Best Fishes”.

Stephen finds it endearing and when they meet Tony ends up spouting puns. Stephen gets more endeared with Tony and they slowly fall in love.
