#you can tell there are a few parts i didn't even bother to sync. i think it adds to the charm? #it's an act 2 quintet from l'equivoco stravagante. and an act 2 quintet from la pietra del paragone. and they're the same song #Literally. down to having the same lyrics at a few points. same structure. same melody. same voice parts. minor MINOR changes and additions #yeah and the quintet is around 10 minutes long in both operas. too long for stupid stupid meanie tumblr #it's ok. rossini also stole ernestina's act 2 aria for la pietra so i made a deeply cursed video with that instead. comingggg soon.
