WIP Dragon age Veilguard fan animatic - "A Crows Ball"

Would I utilize my talented animation connections so I could see my OC dance?

I thought 2025 would be a great year to make my brainrot everyone else’s problem so here are some wip roughs. I'm also looking for more animators/char layout/compositors who can do anime/anime adjacent styles. Studio experience preferred. The vibe is very much Cinderella x Sailormoon. It's probably not going to be too much animation, and I'm planning on mixing it with some 2d still illustrations.

I think some of the best advice I ever got at my brief time at art school was to only give artists/peers/classmates critique on personal art if they ask for it first. You can give unsolicited crit, no ones stopping you, but you absolutely cannot expect unsolicited crit to always be recieved well, if at all.

(This does not apply to like your professor, or boss/client at a professional job- they are in fact allowed to give crit bc it is their job and someone's getting paid in this scenario)

i'm going to be very vague bc this applies to um basically everything ever but one of my biggest pet peeves in the world is when a character (particularly modern "fashionista girl' archetypes!) who is supposed to be very fashion-forward is dressed in a style that was popular amongst nerdy online folk (myself included) like 10+ years ago

hey! i'm opening up sketch page commissions this week to raise money for Nahed in Gaza.

Nahed is a single mother who just gave birth to her youngest child in December. myself and a friend have had personal conversations with her on instagram, where she's had trouble gaining any kind of traction on her campaign despite her difficult circumstances. if you've been keeping up with the news, you know that things are getting incredibly dire there this month.

so! i'll be doing sketch pages like the ones you see here for $20+ until further notice. ballpoint + sharpie inks, 1-2 characters. DM me for more details/questions, or email at comatheory@proton.me.
