I’m trying to 100% bossgame and I’m having trouble beating the samgineer fast enough to get the shoddy samulacrum. any tips?

For sure! So to start, the heavy ("magic") attack does more damage than spamming light attacks does. The heavy attack is a bit riskier because it takes time to charge.

But for the most part, the first phase boss only ever attacks one character at a time, which means there are some windows where the other character can sneak in heavy attacks, which is the best way to beat the boss as quick as possible.

When the boss is throwing items, you can react based on who they're targeting. If they focus three items on one character, the other can usually use a heavy attack. If they throw a magnet, you have an even bigger window..!

There are some other little windows where you can sneak in heavy attacks, such as when the boss whistles to summon a minion. The trick is spotting what character is defending and what character has a free moment to charge up.

How Do We Relationship? by Tamifull Two college lesbians start dating on a whim, but run into problems when they try to express their needs. A genuine, heartfelt look at the difficulties of communication.

Young Ladies Don't Play Fighting Games by Eri Ejima Girls at an uptight high school embrace their love of fighting games. Full of gorgeous renders of girls crying and screaming at games. There's a tournament arc. If you like competitive video games at all, please read this.

The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn't A Guy At All by Arai Sumiko An introvert with a love of hard rock makes a new friend. Incredibly stylish, and written clearly by someone with a love of music.

I have read so so much yuri in the past couple of years and it's only getting better and better... we really are living in a golden age of yuri. I have at least twice as many I could recommend.

At some point I'll make this into a full, thorough post, like I did with Lily Explores Ten Transgender Manga (which I would super recommend if you want some good trans stuff~)

i've wanted to do more pixel art for a while, but it's been so long that i had kind of a mental barrier about it. once i started it went smoothly! this ended up being eight colors; 5 purples and 3 teals. i've found myself wanting to expand a bit beyond purple, so i might try this palette more. i actually chose it by jumping from zero ranger's odd but satisfying "Green Orange" palette, and applying that same spread from purple to get this teal. purple orange might work really well too, maybe..?

anyway, these are characters from a game i'm working on..! the Librarian is acting kind of like a bouncer here, carrying the Thief off for some purpose or another... i suspect the Thief is going to get herself ragdolled quite a bit in this game. since you'll be controlling her, i hope that's okay.
