So when I saw this vid I thought it was pretty fun. But I also thought it was kinda dangerous to pursue car thieves. Well, it just goes to show that the cops sometimes can only do so much, I don’t know what their protocol is for this situation is anyway. I mean in the end, he did get the cops to help out so idk.

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/ban-on-super-thin-models-anorexia-takes-effect-in-france/
Personally, I think that it’s a good thing that France wants their models to be healthy. I feel like all modeling agencies and others, should require a sort of doctors note to make sure that all models of different shapes and sizes are healthy enough to take on the run way. When I say healthy, I don’t mean thin, I just mean healthy

Honestly, this is such a cute idea. However, I do think its a little silly considering Prince (the dog), probably has no idea what is going on. And can we talk about how unamused he looks? haha Even so, this is such a lovely video kudos, to the police lol.

So Swoozie is a YouTuber than I personally love to watch. Definitely watch his vids if your interested. They're mainly comedy vids, that are animated like the style you see above. I thought I'd share it since he makes me laugh and could probably make you laugh too. His stories are funny and somewhat relatable so yeah lol.

I’m sure some of you have seen this new “trend” lol. I know this was intended as a joke but honestly, I think it could work for like a Halloween thing or something. In any case, it’s cool to see how creative people can get 😊😊

So the other day on snapchat I saw a story on Bill Nye speaking about a march he was going to be in. I clicked because I loved his show growing up and because of all the memes I've seen, causing him to kind of trend. And then I see this article on him, on the Washington post so I thought I'd share it. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.washingtonpost.com/amphtml/lifestyle/style/the-march-for-science-was-a-moment-made-for-bill-nye/2017/04/23/bc9429ae-282f-11e7-a616-d7c8a68c1a66_story.html The march he was participating in was meant as a "... response to the rise of anti-scientific notions — the anti-vaccination movement and climate-change denial in particular.... deep budget cuts for the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Institutes of Health." (Gibson). I think it's great that he's trying to help raise awareness for such issues and hopefully, more people do pay attention.

http://www.cnn.com/2017/04/06/middleeast/isis-deir-ezzor-killings/index.html Honestly, this world is getting scarier and scarier. My heart goes out to the people in Syria and Iraq who were victims of such gruesome acts. I can only begin to imagine how the families of these people feel.

People are ridiculous. If this is true then this is sad af. Honestly your job is to be a waiter not the immigration police. People often feel entitled and superior now a days like wtf, I don’t understand. When it’s not your place, it’s not your place. Leave people alone 😑

https://mobile.nytimes.com/2017/03/26/technology/internet-privacy-state-legislation-illinois.html?_r=0&referer= Okay so we all know that internet privacy is practically nonexistent. On the one hand you kind of understand why the government wants to keep watch or "regulate" it but, at the same time it's like wtf? If they do that then how much of our lives are truly private? I don't even know how I feel about this 😑🤔😫

So the other day, I went to Carnegie Hall and took this pano. I got to learn so much about it and see everything behind the scenes. If any student wanted to go see a performance you definitely should, I think it's $10 at cheapest, for students that is. Carnegie also offers free music lessons. For anyone interested, here's the link: https://www.carnegiehall.org/For_Students_and_Teachers/

When We Rise This already aired on ABC but I'm sure it'll air again soon. It's about the LGBT civil rights movement and entails all the hardships that those in the LGBT community face. Definitely give it a go if your interested because it really brings the movement to life.

I saw this on my way to school the other day. From left to right the pictures read: Freedom Demands Justice Muslims Welcome Refugees Welcome Here We are lucky to Have Each Other Diversity Makes Us Strong No to Racism Love Trumps Hate Hate Has No Home Here Immigrants Do
There’s so many things that have happened this past month in America spanning from a new presidency, hate crimes increasing rapidly, a Muslim ban to enter the country, to a new questionable secretary of education for America. With this in mind, it’s important for those who feel lost, are scared (and rightfully so), or even feel un-welcomed, to know that you are not alone. Even though America is plunging into a new era of uncertainty, where people may be kicked out of their homes, may not be let back in the country, or are afraid for their safety, there those who do care. There are people who will fight for you. There are people who will welcome you. There are people who do not hate you. There is a place for you here. These sidewalk “scribbles” demonstrate just that. It is a reminder to everyone that there is some good in the world. We are all human, and in the words of Ellen DeGeneres, “Be kind to one another.”
