It’s a new decade. And in this new decade, I feel like I’m blossoming.

I miss you.

I loved you.

I’ve let you go.

I’m letting go of all the sadness and hurt you brought me.

I’m letting go of my self doubt and insecurities.

I’m letting go of all the negativity I’ve brought upon myself because I was so sad I felt like I didn’t deserve anything.

From now on, I’m tending to that garden inside of me.

And I’m doing whatever the fuck I want to do.

I’ll still miss you, though. As you were the one who brought color into my life even though you took it away. It was the jump start that i needed.

It was the love and heartbreak that I needed.

But now it’s time for me to let go.
