A little reminder for the empaths out there. I understand we all want to put light out into the world, but we need to also think about protecting and catering for our own energy. Being an empath is wonderful- we sometimes need to take time for ourselves. Not everyone you meet has to be saved especially if they don't want to. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying we shouldn't put out our positive energy out there, we need to recharge and let our energy fields be catered for by US during our "me time" because taking care of yourself is the most important thing no doubt. I used to love... I used to give... My heart, My soul... She gave it all. Tell me... Did you even acknowledge me? Notice my existence? The very Being that used to be ME? That girl reaped herself- Reaped her Sorrows... Her Soul and Spirit, To Begin Anew... Emerging... From that Flame, Of her old self. The universe fills me with its Cosmos or Knowledge and Light, But I can't ignore... That my person of the Old afllictions I had Can't join me today- She had to die To let me Live To let me See and Feel. For a new Dragon Queen to emerge And a Phoenix Blade of her Soul to rekindle the light of her Life, That she lost. Because the Flames of the Soul lights the universe up In my Eyes and Spirit. The lost girl is No More but a Memory, That can't be found because She has too little to Fear- But consume the Flame that Engulfed her in death. Sometimes we have to take some time to just sit back and meditate to relieve ourselves from the stress we suffer. Even if 30 minutes or an hour- taking time to recharge is important in keeping balanced. I try to meditate at least 30 minutes a day to find some harmony within myself that I need to be calm. So please try to take time to relax for all those things you need to do, fellow artists, entrepreneurs and thinkers. You deserve some harmony within yourself.
