I had a dream where we were rescuing this scientist from an island that got over run by zombies for 7 years. And as we were leaving he fell behind and was surrounded by the zombies. But, they just walked by. Apparently 2 years ago the zombies accepted him as one of their own, but because he was afraid he missed the opportunity to really bond with them. And he felt bittersweet about leaving without getting to know them better. And then I think I drowned in a pool.
#I don't know who the other person is in this we scenario#I was both rescuer and scientist#I'm honestly really sad the scientist left his almost friends#I feel like in another month he would've ventured out to die and then find out they didn't want to eat him#the zombies were apparently worried for his well being#dream#the zombies could not talk#it was basically assumed based on the vibes

We all knew I spoke too soon but NEVER FORGET progress is a trajectory. I may be back to my generic blah self, but at least I have the evidence that I CAN feel chipper for at least two weeks straight. But for now, we back to vibing and being tired always.
Not to brag, but I’ve gone from having moderately severe depression to having mild depression. *jazz hands*
