I saw your comment recently, regarding the ignorance of the boycott and I'll try to be gentle about it. Your comment came across ignorant and privileged and to be honest I was quite disturbed by it.

Obviously, I don't know your race or anything, but the tone policing and almost silencing of people of colour was not it.

To reduce the breaking of a boycott as "drama" is disgusting, considering that money is currently financing a Genocide. Boycotting is one of the easiest and most passive ways of dissent. If you care about Palestine you should be aware of simple things such as a widespread Boycott.

It is natural, normal and necessary to be outraged at people who claim to oppose Genocide and who indirectly fund it.

I hope you educate yourself more and grow from this. Your privilege does affect your opinions.

You obviously don't have to answer this and I hope I didn't come across as rude.

I won't lie, I just had a very bad day when I wrote that comment so I was a little emotional and I also didn't have full context. I apologize that it sounded insensitive, I just recently had to stop interacting with things related to the genocide going on in Palestine because it was causing me very bad panic attacks because I felt powerless to do anything about it. I didn't mean to reduce it to drama, but more so that people, in my opinion, were being very rude to pangi when he simply didn't know. I am genuinely sorry it came across this badly, and I am well aware that, mostly as someone white, this wasn't the right thing to say and I will be continuing the boycotting ^-^ (McDonald's doesn't even taste good lmao)
