There has only ever been one superhero in this city.

Captain Cadet, a hero who combats evil with his powers, even if it's tiny and directed at helpless outlaws. While on patrol throughout the city's streets one night, the hero runs upon a new foe who shares his talents and causes trouble. They both push the other to the edge in their tense first encounter. The city's protector has to contend with a challenger who shares his skills and calls into question his morality and sense of duty. Neither could have predicted their confrontation set off a chain of events, permanently shifting the city's power dynamics.

In this AU mew has triplet bbys which we’re all taken one by one. Tho instead of the twos growing up on their own, mew finds them mid incubation and takes them back one by one, leading to the different stages of an underdeveloped mewtwo.

I should also add that I have a small plot line for it but I will NOT be making a comic on it just yet, as I’ve just started my senior year in HS and have other projects to work on. I’ll drop little doodles here and there if I’m up to it and feel free to ask them [or myself] anything!
