Tmnt Luminary

Dw, it doesn't matter too much whether they're dating or not! The stories still have the same plot! However, them being boyfriends makes writing angst a lot easier 🤭

So, in my latest post, I asked what I should do with my iteration's Donnie and Usagi. Most of y'all said that Donnie should be aroace, which is cool w me.

However I accidentally gave you 4 possibilities to choose from, but now that I've been rally thinking, there are only two possibilities: Donsagi or both single ladies.

I hate to say this, but there will be no Leosagi in my iteration, so it's donsagi or nothing.

Like said, both is fine w me, but donsagi's dating would give me a good opportunity to write some angst💪

Ahem, so I'm planning on making my own iteration called "Luminary" at least for now... I have most about the characters planned out already, but Usagi is kind of a question mark.

So, the thought of Usagi and Donnie being possible partners began with me thinking about 2003 Usagi and Donnie starting off as almost-enemies, but then ending up being friends. In this iteration, they would go from enemies to lovers, which happens to be my favorite relationship dynamic.

However, the aroace Don headcanon is living rent-free in my head. Yet I kind of want Don to have at least a crush...

Ofc not adding Usagi to this iteration is also an option, but I do have some of his character design already, though, so it'd be kinda shame.

Honestly, I have no idea where the whole transfem Leo started, but I'm really starting to like it. I know it shares a lot of opinions, but honestly, I think we need more girl turtles. On the other hand the "four brothers" thing is a very important part of every tmnt iteration and I love it.

Leo's gender won't have anything to do with the stories in my iteration itself.
