My evolution headcanon for Growlithe's evolution line and both of its beta pre-evolution designs repurposed.

-Pupperon/Pudi is Fire/Fairy-type, obtained by breeding a female Growlithe with a male Snubbull, with one of them holding a currently undecided item.

-It evolves into the Fire/Fairy-type Mystaigan/Kyudie, who has slightly less speed (compared to Arcanine), but more HP.

For my intention for Pupperon and Mystaigan, I felt a pre-evo for the "Puppy Pokemon" was pointless, but I didn't want these designs to completely go to waste, so I decided to repurpose them as "related" Pokemon (similar to the convergent Pokemon in Paldea) achieved through breeding.

I have no idea what Frontiers' new DLC campaign is going to do, but this game has one major missed opportunity in how it handles Sonic's friends being "cyberized", along with their "character development" (aside from it being Flynn's attempt at canonizing/justifying everything wrong with the cast in recent years).

Tails once mentioned that when he was trapped in the cyber world, a version of him pretty much shoved all his flaws and insecurities down his throat (most likely referring to Forces specifically). What if before fighting the titan of each map and after helping the Koco, Amy/Knuckles/Tails become corrupted by cyber energy and are transformed corrupted monster-like versions of themselves that represent all their worst flaws (that the game tries to treat as character development) and draw traits from both the titan of that map. Sonic would half to fight each of his friends to return them back to normal.

However, in doing so, Sonic gradually becomes more infected by the cyber energy until he becomes trapped as shown in Rhea Island. While trapped, Sonic fights stronger versions of his friends' corrupted forms. Sonic has a harder time fighting them until his friends return to the cyber world and help him finish them off, freeing him. The rest is history.

This forms are known as:

-Knuckles: Wyvern Knuckles, Wyvern Knuckles Mk. II

-Tails: Knight Tails, Knight Tails Mk. II, Knight Tails Mk. III

Note: I didn't know what to do with the design I dubbed as "Knight Tails Mk. III", so I threw it in there as a fourth phase boss. However, it could be its own separate thing as well.

This time I decide to do THREE evolution headcanon in one post, for both the Mankey, Corsola, and Dunsparce evolution lines. Aside from the mainline games and repurposed beta content, one game that deserves better recognition than it got in 2016 is the fan game: Pokemon Uranium, where I'll be acknowledging the new evolutions to older Pokemon exclusive to the Tandor region.

Corsola Evolution Headcanon: -Corsola > Corsoreef (Level up w/ high friendship, in Tandor) -Galarian Corsola > Cursola (Lvl. 38)

Mankey Evolution Headcanon: -Mankey > Primeape (Lvl. 28) -Primeape > Annihilape (Level up after using Rage Fist 20x) -Primeape > Empirilla (Level up w/ Jungle Crown)

Dunsparce Evolution Headcanon: -Dunsparce > Dudunsparce (Level up while knowing Hyper Drill) -Dunsparce > Dunseraph (Level up while knowing Sky Fall) -Beta Dunsparce > Dunstorm (at Lvl. 30 during sandstorm)

My evolution headcanon for the for the Phanpy evolution line and Donphan’s Paradox counterparts, imagined into existance or not.

At first, I didn’t know what to do with the two beta versions of Phanpy (since Donphan has been consistent since the day it was conceived), then we were introduced to Paradox Pokemon and two versions of Donphan, but nothing on Phanpy, since these are treated as undocumented separate species.

Lore-wise, several Great Tusk that once perished in obscurity were reincarnated in the “Beta World” in the form of fossilized eggs scattered across various canyons in this mysterious world. These eggs would hatch into Beta Phanpy (Rugged Breed), which would eventually evolve into the Pokemon known as “Great Tusk”. 

Meanwhile, modern Phanpy that perished in obscurity were also reincarnated in the form of fossilized eggs but hatched into Beta Phanpy (Armor Breed). This breed of Phanpy is unable to evolve on their own, but certain research facilities in this world have developed a new method of evolution involving time and space travel, where Armor Breed Phanpy are sent on an intense journey through a rift where they would travel for eons. While the details and duration of their travels are unknown, this experience would transform them into the Pokemon known as “Iron Treads”.

Stat-wise, both Beta Phanpy would maintain their base stats, but Rugged Breed gains Great Tusk’s base Attack stat of 131, while Armor Breed gains Iron Treads’ base Defense stat of 120.

My evolution headcanon for Girafarig.

Before, I planned on having Girafarig as a split evolution for its beta pre-evolution "Twinz/Tsuinzu", which would also evolve into its later revision, which I named after Nob Ogasawara's "Bipulla". Girafarig would have gained a Mega Evolution in the form of its beta design.

But since GameFreak introduced an actual evolution in the form of Farigiraf, I had to make drastic changes, leading to the most confusing evolution headcanon yet:

-Twinz evolves into Bipulla at Lv. 29

-While holding a Spot Incense, Bipulla breeds either a Girafarig or a Beta Girafarig in the "beta world".

-While Girafarig evolves into Farigiraf, Beta Girafarig evolves into the mono-Dark-type Figaragif (Kurokirin in Japanese).

-If Farigiraf or Figaragif hold a Split Incense, they will breed a Twinz, and the cycle repeats.

Hopefully GameFreak will never introduce a pre-evolution for Girafarig, or else those two beta Pokemon are toast.

-Vacuum-Cut - 70BP. Special Attack. Inflicts damage to all adjacent opponents , including Pokemon during semi-invulnerable turns.

-Wide Slash - 80BP. Physical Attack. Inflicts damage to all adjacent opponents.

-Rapture - 100BP. Physical Attack. Behaves similar to Judgement. Signature move of Beta Arceus.

-Pure Anarchy - 150BP. Physical Attack. Increases Attack, but decreases Speed by one stage. Has to recharge on next turn. Signature move of Beta Arceus.

-Geomatrix - Special Attack. Signature move of Beta Eternatus.

My evolution headcanon for Spinarak, including an alt. evolution: a repurposed Bug/Ghost-type Tuhead, with the male retaining its oni-inspired design, and a female variant with a jack-o-lantern design from one of the later builds.

My headcanon for Pinsir, where I take what was supposed to be an evolution for Pinsir and repurpose it as a second Mega Evolution.

Considering that this show was cancelled and Book 4 was a distant prequel, what more can I say....

Hazel on the other hand deserved better, and she’s isn’t going to get jack-squat of anything meaningful with Amelia (like some fan works suggest). The woman is cold, stoic, and broken, and pretty much confirmed that she sees Hazel as something to be “studied”. Hazel’s best bet is to somehow escape the train into the real world and cross paths with Tulip (our heroine from Book 1).
