Castelli’s bibs are so short that even the camera couldn’t focus on anything else apparently..!#cycling #ciclismo #fromwhereiride . So far, Nalini women’s chamois -made by MIO lab- makes Nalini Women’s bib short my No. 1 favorite. This bib (Premio) by Castelli is quite special in its own way. I am personally not a fan of the “mini-short” style that seems to be the current trend for women’s bib shorts; not on the bike at least. Everywhere else? Im totally cool with it. On my bike? NO! But im gonna have to make an exception for this one: the compression is solid although not bulky looking. As far as the chamois, just like most women’s bib, Not a fan. At least this one is made for performance, tolerable and doesn’t make your butt looks 5 times bigger at the wrong places as compared to the chamois made by Elastic Interface that I wouldn’t ride even if you would pay me... at least, that’s just me.. https://www.instagram.com/p/BoccX7ch4Q3/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=iueivx1nbb3b

Don’t Blow Off Breakfast!!!
Studies show that eating breakfast plays a part in successful weight loss — almost 80 percent of people who successfully keep weight off chow down on this meal, according to a study published in Obesity Research. “Your metabolism slows as you sleep, and the process of digesting food revs it up again,” explains Heller. Aim for a 300- to 400-calorie breakfast, such as a high-fiber cereal (another metabolism booster) with skim milk and fruit.
