#tbt with this guy! A few years back I learned the hard way what support, trust, respect, and friendship ISNT**!! I was all alone in NJ. I had found myself in some bad situations. And luckily I had @ludwigaraujo on my team to show me a few things that I couldn't see for myself!! He had my back. He gave me some pearls of wisdom that gave me the push to pursue some things I wanted for my life, personally and professionally! I love being a part of this "dream team" and the direction my career is going. I have so much to look forward to and I'm blessed to have several friends like this close to me!! Between the million bowls of cereal I ate on my flight and Thanksgiving coming up, I am going to keep cardio in my routine and really push some weight in the gym. It's ok if I'm sore because come Thanksgiving dinner...I won't be able to move anyways. Yes I'm eating with my family, yes I'm having seconds, and yes I'm having it for breakfast the next day too.
