Did you know that in ancient China red lip makeup was originally used to please gods in religious occasions? And only later it became 'vanity' 😉? No, I didn't know either 😊. Painted dimples, dainty flowers on foreheads, pouty lips, various lip designs from different dynasties - it's inspiring to expand my horizons and knowledge whilst working with people from all walks of life, this time - from China. It reminded me of my travels in China a few years ago where I was in awe of it's culture and history.
