Did this as an audiobook on Spotify premium and GOOD GRIEF. I didn’t know I loved Hades and Persephone but I DO. This one was spicy in all the right ways, and honestly, I really enjoyed the plot. The audiobook was nice too because ngl I wasn’t sure how to pronounce many of the gods/goddesses in the Greek mythos.
LOVE this one. Solid 4/5.

I’m practically frothing at the mouth about this one! If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I love a good pirate book. And this one was pretty solid! I give it 3/5 stars because it was a bit short for my liking.
Although the character I hated got exactly what they deserved and I enjoyed every second of that! I’ve already downloaded the second book from Kindle Unlimited so, there’s that.

This… this was a great YA book! There’s mystery, there’s magic, there’s a love triangle that isn’t just an excuse to write smut! (Even though, let’s be real, I unashamedly love reading those smutty books.)
It was a decent mystery, and I honestly didn’t call the twist so that was nice. 4/5 stars. I haven’t decided if I’ll be picking up the next book in the series, yet.

They’re cute, they’re in New Zealand, he’s rich. It’s a whole thing. This was a sweet contemporary romance with just the right amount of spice. I thought the ending was super rushed, which made me kind of sad but 🤷🏼‍♀️ what can ya do.
3/5 stars. It’s the first book in a series, but I don’t think it’s a series that follows the one set of characters. So I most likely will not be reading another in the series.

If you’re into strong violence, secret societies, straight up SMUT, consensual non consent, and some questionable BDSM - this would be the book for you.
I gave it a solid 3.5/5 (4/5 on goodreads because they don’t do halves).

American Dirt by Jeanine Cummins (published in 2020)
I enjoyed the story in this book. I very much came to care for Lydia and Luca, and could not put the book down.

The CUPPI by Sandy Johnson (published Dec 1979).
I’m not sure what to think of this book. Going in I had no expectations, and I think that helped. This book has a captivating story with interesting characters. Our main focus, Mr Homer Wood, has quite the arc, though it leaves many of the supporting characters flat and unlikeable.
There are mentions of sexual violence - in the way that SVU exhibits it. The violence is descriptive but not gratuitous. Also there are a few slurs used throughout the book, being that it was published in 1979. They caught me by surprise and made me a little uncomfortable, but didn’t take away from the meat of the story.
The ending, for me, leaves much to be desired.
I give this book 3/5 stars.

This book of poems offers a glimpse into the thoughts of one Katie Condon. An amazing collection of feelings and lines that I wish I had written myself. I see myself reading this book over and over.
A few favorites: Desire is a Sickness, To an Ex-Lover’s Daughter, and Vow.
5/5 stars. Definitely recommend.

This book was great! A page-turner for sure. Once I started it I really didn’t want to put it down. The twists had me saying “no way!” out loud. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is a fan of shows on the ID channel. Great read.
The characters were believable and the book really kept me guessing until the end.

Seriously, my TBR is split into two shelves - Books I Own and books I don't. Let's just say there are at least 1300 books on my "own but need to read" shelf. Your total isn't bad at all in comparison lmao.
yeah but the link you gave me just showed that you read 247 books which far cry from your tbr with 662 books. so maybe use your time to read instead of take photos tbh
DUUUUUUDE. SERIOUSLY??!!! Back off, will you?
I read when I want to read. I overuse the TBR button on Goodreads. So what? I don’t think it’s any of your business.

Just finished this book and it was wonderful. It was different from the movie, which I also enjoyed.
I wasn’t aware it was a series though, so I’ll have to hunt for the second and third books.

Go Ask Alice by Anonymous
Okay so this book was definitely not my favorite. We've got a diary from an unnamed girl, and her adventures with drugs in what I'm assuming is the 60s or 70s. This book was not what I was expecting and I think I set the bar way too high. Wouldn't really recommend. 2/5 stars.
