JIN’S MILIATRY ENLISTMENT

.the day he had been delaying for almost 10 years now was finally here . THE DAY JINS MILITARY ENLISTMENT LETTER arrived in the mail.

Its the year 2022 , jin has accomplished what people most people could not even dream about .safe to say he is at the peek of his career as an artist as well as  a person. His mental health has been great , his relationship with his girlfriend jisoo is going pretty well, they have dating for about 5 years now having a relationship as an idol with another idol is very hectic and difficult let alone the fact that the both of them are globally famous kpop groups. They have had their fair share of difficulties in the past but they somehow overcame . They knew the the difficulties that dating another idol would create but, patiently ,calmly and lovingly they overcame it . Not just jin but all of the members seem to have finally invested themselves in romantic relationship, after ten long years of hard work and sacrifices they finally opened up to find someone they do wanna share their lives with. Nothing changed between the members though , they still live in the same dorm , treat each other exactly how they have been since they became a group. it was chuseok and jin and jisoo had gone to jins parents house a day prior so that they can spend chuseok in seoul with their band members. they returned pretty late at night so jisoo decided to stay the night at bts dorm , which was not new at all since she usually stays for  weekends there anyways , as well as the other members girlfriends . 

jin was just checking his mail packages where he found something that shocked him, and confused him . his military enlistment letter . He had many questions in his mind , why now of all times , without any notice , too suddenly . everything in his life was going far too well and he didnt want to let go of that , ofcourse he always knew he would have to serve in the military someday as it was his duty as an korean and everyone who knew him knew that he would happily fulfil it . He had several times said this on national television , neither me nor any of the member are going to neglect our military service , if we are called we will surely go . 

his words were ringing in his ears , he had to tell the memnbers, his girlfriend , his family and his company . from what he read he still had about 5 weeks to leave , he sighed stepping towards the dorm . As soon he entered a voice called his name, hyung what took you so long jisoo noona had already been here for about 15 minutes,  says a somewhat sleepy jugkook

jin; aah nothing i was just checking mail nothing interesting and by the way why are you still awake at 2 in the morning , arent you leaving for busan today? 

jk; about that , i guess i wont be going 

jin; why 

jk; i called mom and that , and it seems like they wont be arriving to busan till 4 days later . Apparently its storming heavily in japan and all flights have been cancelled.

jin; what would you be doing today then

jk; i guess i will bother you and the other hyungs for the the rest of our holidays , all of them are returning today as well ....

jin; aishhhh...this brat , yaah what bout your gf why dont you go time spend with her 

jk ; she is staying at her parents place for the holidays , and i am all alone said kooie sulking , btw hyung u should go rest it must have a tiring drive from your home to the dorm.

jin; yeah yeah ...are any of the guys back yet 

jk; only namjoon hyung , but he went straight ti bed as well

jin;aah i see, u too dont stay awake for too long... goodnight

jin enterd his bedroom and found a small sleeping jisoo on his bed. she got changed into one of jins rj hoodies and got knocked out instantly.

cute he thought 

jin himself went to his clost for getting changed to his sweats , nothing special just a puma sweatpants [he usually does nit wear anything on top for sleep]. jisoo woke from the rumbling , half asleep she went to backhug jin 

jisoo; oppa what took you so long its been 30 minutes

jin; aah..nothing  i was just checking mails and then i was listening to jungkook whining about how he wont be able to spend chuseok with his gf

jisoo; aah ....yeah he still someties acts like a baby ..jisoo said giggling like a kid

jin; you’re the one to talk , he said carrying her back to bed 

jisoo; //**//[blushing] that...well....

before she could could complete her sentence she was slienced by a pair of lips crashing on her own

jin; its okay , its cute and sexy sometimes

jisoo; oppa , she said blushing 

jin ; now lets sleep, dont you have to return to your dorm to meet the group, he said pulling her closer into his chest 

jisoo; mmmm...

NEXT MORNING

jin woke up and found the missing figure in his bed . 

did she left , he thought , he saw an americano with a post it note saying 

oppa sorry for leaving without telling you ,  but you were sleeping so soundly i didnt wanted to wake you up. lisa called this morning i have a special chuseok vlive with the menbers , watch it if u want to see me in hanbok,  ...   ;)  , love u - jisoo

aaah i guess maknaes everywhere like annoying their eldest.

he entered the living room and saw a sleeping jungkook, a half awake taehyung , and namjoon who was sipping away hot chocolate.

morning guys,

morning hyung , they said in unison.

where are the otherrs ?, he asked heading towards the kitchen

nj; yoongi hyung is in the shower , jimin is still sleeping  and hoseok went out to buy some tteokbokki , bibimap and gimbap. 

jin  then walks towards the maknae attempting to wake him up

jin ; yah brat, wake for how long do you want to sleep its already almost noon, if you dont wake up no food for you

on hearing that he might not be able to eat his precious food jk bolted awake and headed towards the shower

nj; wake jimin too...he called to jungkook 

jin was waiting for all the members to gather so he could talk about his military enlistment

after about 20 minutes , when everybody was eating and joking around, jungkook teasing jimin about how he heared moans from his bedroom this morning , taehyung joined him as well. namjoon talking to seokjin and hoseok about what the did on holidays and yoongi just listening to everything and ocassionally responding to the members.

jin wanted to tell them , but he decided not to ruin the mood.

jh; hasnt the company planned anyting for chuseok, special episode or something

yg; its just a greetings video that we we will be filming here in an hour or so

jin ; jisoo is filming a chuseok vlive with her members as well, she is gonna wear a hanbok , jin said somewhat cutely,

jimin who was still being teased got an idea 

jm; yyaahh hyung what are you fantasizing now....he said looking at him with slant eyes 

jin ; when did i ever say that 

jk and v who now switched their pray began teasing jin now

th ; come on hyung i knew u were a pervert after all

jin ; whats wrong in having perverted thoughts about your woman ??, jin said with a straight face 

jk ; u have hanging out with yoongi hyung too much 

yg ; why? he is not wrong 

with this the chuseok passed , laughing , teasing , playing and eating

jin entered his bedroom , i should tell them soon, all of them he thought thinking of jisoo

he called jisoo

jin ; yeah...you were looking nicer than the snacks you were preparing

js ; what did you guys do today?

jin ; aah nothing much , filmed a short greetings video, went to a small restaurant for lunch , played some halli galli ordered dinner all the classic stuff, what bout you 

js ; almost similar , but we made all the meals today , we have many of the sweets left shall i bring you some tomorrow?

jin; you’re coming tomorrow?

js; if u want 

jin ; your schedule?

jin pd nim gave 2 more days off

jin ; thats nice, why dont you stay tomorrow then?

she remembered the last time she stayed over jins dorm they didnt get a wink of sleep due their steamy love making session and jins overwhelming stamina in bed . she couldnt deny she loved every second of it , afterall who would not like to have sex with their love of life.

jungkook was searching for his speakers but couldnt find them

jk; jin hyung...can i use your speakers for a bit

jk was fiddling around in jins room when he found some papers in his drawer...military enlistment it said , jk was frozen at his place he wanted to confirm what he was reading was true or not

he went to the living room where all the members were chilling , jisoo and jin were making some tteokbokki in kitchen

jk; hyung are u leaving for the military 

everyone present on the heared the youngest’ s question

jin ; yes 

jk; when 

jin ; 2 weeks from today

the laddle in jisoo hand fell , teary eyed she ran into jin room and locked it

now he was looking at the rest of the members

jin ; its been a week since i recieved the mail , i wanted to tell you guys at the right time , besides it was holidays i didnt want to upset you all

jh; telling us later wouldnt make anything easier u know

jin; i know its just i was waiting for the right time

jin ; nope, i guess i have to explain things to her , just hope that she wont leave or anything

jm; honestly hyung, u should have told all of us

jk ; go to noona now she is the most upset u know

jin knew the members wuuld get over it pretty easily , they are really strong minded , they had been prepared for this for a couple of years now but jisoo on the other hand got a shock

jin; jisoo-aah im coming in

jin entered his room and found jisoo lying on the bed , sniffling sounds coming from her

jin went to her and silently sat beside her and spoke

jin; i know u are angry and upset because of me ... i should have told you first but i wanted to delay as much as i could , i wanted to cherish and enjoy all moments till the end

js; ....

jin ; i know me leaving for 13 months wont be justice to you, i cant expect you to wait for me to return.....but i do want you to wait , wait for me , for the past five years i have loved every second of our moments together , and i want us to be together for .....forever he said after a pause

jisoo who was now calm after hearing jins sincere words sat up and leaned against his chest. he enveloped into a tight embrace, not wanting to let go

js; i knew this day would come u know...i knew u would not neglect your duty and i respect that and i am very proud of you for that ,she said caressing his cheeks but i wish you had told me sooner , another tear escaped her eye

js ; and about waiting , u know i will wait for you....so just go and comeback to me quickly so we can be together ...forever ...

jin; i will be leaving then

jin ; aigo,.. my brats , he said giving them a long , tight hug

dont give yoongi a hard time , he wont tolerate  u

nj ; hyung take care of your health and dont go and crack your lame jokes over there too...

jin ; this disrespect, jin growled at the leader

jh; hyung call us whenever u can , dont be picky there as well

yg ; hopefully he will grow up a little after returning..**SNIFFLE

all jin could do was smile at his misty eyed members who were sending him off 

he walked over to jisoo who was a crying mess and held her hands while staring lovingly into her eyes

jin ; i know it will not be easy to stay away for so long...so i was thining about it for a while now

suddenly jin kneeled on the floor 

jin ; kim jisoo, the day i first saw u i was mesmerised bye your sweet voice and beauty , then i came to know that behind this gorgieous a face there was a crackhead , you are kindest , sweetest , most beautiful woman inside out i have known , thank you for not leaving in tough times thank you for not giving up on us . i may not be perfect but i want to keep improving forever with you . so will you marry me ??

jisoo was overwhelmed her legs got weak and she was on the floor with jin when she met his loving gaze she cupped his face and gave him a small peck

js ; yes...

jin lifted her from the ground and gave her a long slow kiss. The members were in tears . They were so happy for their hyung who found someone he could rely on besides them forever
