Markus Tremorfort is an oc ive had since the first trump administration [approx. 5 years ago, when i was 14]. initally he was a stand in for a good president, a sort of obama 2. when biden was elected, i didnt feel the need to use Markus as much, so i stopped working on him.

i revisited him around 2 years ago, turning him into a corrupt politician who is a hypocrite. hes racist, but hes from saudi arabia. hes homophobic, but is gay. hes transphobic, but respects his friends pronouns.

Markus is not at all supposed to be a 'replacement' for any current serving us politician. Markus is my own creation that i treat with care and respect. i am not intending to make a mockery of current issues with using him as an antagonist.

I also very blatantly love Velvet's design as I used it's reference sheet as an inspiration for Markus's [and the other Headhunt character's future ones].
