it's time for art fight once again, although this time it's (almost) all original oc's baybee ✨
while i'm glad people like my rain world characters so much, they've already gotten enough attention (aside from the miros, since people sparsely draw them) so this time they're not included, ive also thinned the herd in general.
i'm also most likely going to be drawing less rw oc's, and focus more on random cool creature designs!

it's really funny seeing everyone else scrambling to make in-depth ref sheets for their oc's in preparation for art fight while ive been sitting here the whole time like "you get one flat color drawing of this character, take it or leave it"
#not once in my life have i made a ref sheet specifically for art fight#unless there's a really important detail that's hard to explain in a text description i can't be arsed#although to be fair most of my oc designs are rather simple#and people will draw them off model anyway due to art style differences#so to me it doesn't matter very much#i do need to update some of the images but that's about it#kaisu speaks#text#art fight#addendum: not to mention the way i also draw them changes slightly in each piece depending on what i think looks best in the moment

i got a chance to try oil painting! its a bit of a slow process when you have to wait for previous layers to dry, but still pretty fun (and messy, dear god)
