The old design of the Flying Spaghetti Monster figurine was clearly outdated, so I decided to make a new figurine, much larger and more detailed.

Life is way too short to spend it at war with yourself. Beating yourself up over and over about every little thing will not magically make everything better.
You must stop with the negative self-talk...it is getting you nowhere. What happened, happened...You can't change the past and no amount of self-hatred can.
Today, start over and choose to move forward with your life...you are not a bad person, a failure, or a disappointment.
What you can do, is change your future. Your pain is your strength...it won’t last forever.
Give yourself time to heal, take life day by day. Every day you survive is another step forward to your greatness!
So be patient with yourself...growth comes in many forms!
Be proud of yourself for how far you’ve come...continue to push through and keep fighting cause this too shall pass!

Obatala, a deity in Yoruba religion associated with wisdom and purity, advises you to seek clarity through introspection, embrace patience in decision-making, and approach challenges with a calm and objective mindset. Additionally, honoring tradition and maintaining a sense of morality could be emphasized in the pursuit of wisdom.

African-American bòys on Eàster morning, Southside, Chicago, Illinois, April 1941. Photo by Russell Lee, colorized by Rishi Colors.
The only one of the five boys that has been identified is the tall, hatless tèenager in the middle, named Spencer Lee Readus, Jr., who was 14 when the photo was taken. Spencer Lee went on to serve in the U.S. Army during World W.ar II and build a career as a plaster foreman.
According to his daughter, he remembered the day as, “I was going to the shòw on Easter Sunday and a white man approached me to ask if he could take a picture of me and these other boys.”

Philippinès Y0u D0n't Sèe 0n Ț..V
Indigenous Aeta (Agta) woman & her child in the Philippines 🇵🇭 The 0ldest community of the Philippines.
AETA PEOPLE: 0NE 0F THE FÌRST AFRICÀN NATIVES 0F ASIA AND THE 0RIGINAL INHABITANTS 0F PHILIPPINÈS.
The Aetas, Agta or Ayta are the original Blàck ràce (Africans) that live in scattered, isolated mountainous northern part of The Philippines on the island of Luzon before the Austronesian (Malays and Asian groups) migrations. Historians and anthropologists debate precisely when and how they migràted there, the consensus being that they crossed from the island of Borneo between 20 and 30 thousand years ago, using a land bridge that was partially covered by water around 5,000 years ago - the remaining part of which is now the island of Palawan.
Whatever the migration path was, they are without doubt among the first - if not the first - inhabitànts of The Philippinès. They are considered to be Nègritos, who are dark to very dark bròwn-skinned and tend to have features such as a small stature, small frame, curly to kinky afro-like textured hair with a higher frequency of naturally lighter hair color (blondism) relative to the general population, small nose, and dark brown eyes.

Our Africàn history is not just any history, it's a history written with bl00d, it is a history of defèats and victories. Whenever a group of people found themselves defèated they had but one option: to rise up and regain their frèedom by all means.
However, the African history is not just a history about people who want to rise again for frèedom, it is a history about people who strùggle first for their return to the state of human being. That is the result of more than 4○○ years of d£humanization, ali£nation, slav£ry, denial of self-identificàtion and self-knòwledge that Africàns went through.
Alkebùlan will prèvail!!!
