I did horrible with keeping up with my devotional. Doing my daily devotional has grown to be very important to me! I try to do it daily. When I don’t I can tell the difference.

My positive, high frequency is way off, I’m in my feelings waaaayy more often. My “In My Feelins” playlist is on repeat. I’m constantly thinking and depressed about being single 😩 yea I think it’s been SIX years now. I’m super emotional for no reason, and I allow things that taint my spirit in more easily.

Yea so my devotional, spending time with God has grown to be important to me. When I do spend time with Him the things listed above rarely come up. This week has been better I mean it’s only Tuesday but at least I can say I’ve done it everyday this week!😩
