Hey your art is really lovely! I especially love your dbd stuff ^^. I was wondering, would you ever do a tutorial on how you draw blood? Or maybe just a few tips/tricks?

I’m glad people aren’t too upset over my current hyper obsession XD Thank you SO much for the kind words!

Soooo, blood.

Guess I don’t feel like I do anything special. Basically I use textures from here [LINK], set them to multiply in Photoshop…aaaand that’s about it

Not sure if that helps, but that’s how I do it.

I’m still tweaking this sketch & whatnot but it’s my first time drawing without a drawing I drew traditionally uploaded beneath it!

Thank you for the kind words! I figured it was easier to show how I do it, ‘casue I’m really bad at explaining -w-’’

Notice! I am still learning anatomy, so the proportions might be a bit wonky -w-’’

What I think about when drawing: - Start off with a Line of Action (helps to get more “flow” in your pose). - References are your friends! - Elbows reach to the top of the hip, and the fingertips reach half-way down the thigh. - Remember to flip the canvas from time to time! You can see if the proportions are off. - The bigger the dude/gal, the smaller the head .3. - If I draw a female body, I make the hips bigger.

I judt found your blog and im In Love with your style! I have a question though, how do you draw dynamic / natural poses while still showing all of a costume (or character design, as in your ref sheets)?
