I used to enjoy Pokemon games a lot, but lately some of the newer entries have been kinda controversial due a variety of issues.

But instead of focusing on that, i'm here to bring you back to the past to the Nintendo DS era of Pokemon, where many (myself included) would say that the quality and care of the series was at it's peak!

something the percy jackson fandom isn’t accepting is nico getting better. everyone’s used to him being the emo little meow meow. he ain’t the fandom’s lil emo pout pout boy anymore. remember his 10 year old jumpy and excited self? he’s coming back to that. maybe not as much energy but he’s becoming more (un)serious, content and calm. he’s not angry, sad and emo anymore. in fact, he’s slightly annoyed by his emo boy title. my boy is becoming lightly happy again. he’s coming full circle and that’s beautiful. i’m sorry that some of you can’t accept change (i have a lot to say on with jason’s death).

Why Thalia, Percy, and Nico should be the little 3 instead of Percy, Nico, and Jason

1) All of them are greek, and it doesn't make sense for it to be 2 Greeks and a Roman. It might be my neuro divergence but it irks me to no end

2) Thalia is a queen and an OG. Before Jason, she was there

3) There's literally a whole quest with the 3 of them

4) They all have more history together!!! Thalia also knew Nico when he was a kid!!! She was on the quest that killed his sister!!!

4.5) She's also a Hunter of Artemis and there could be great character moments between her and Nico talking abt Bianca and helping Nico get over any resentment towards the hunter of Artemis

4.75) Look, Thalia must have also been affected by Bianca's death but nobody addresses it!!! It wasn't just Percy and Nico affected guys, Zoe, Thalia, and Grover were there too!!!

5) She helped create the Dam joke. I don't need to say anymore than that

6) This may be unintentional but I think it's unfair that Thalia and Hazel being the only female big 3 kids (except Bianca RIP) get shafted a lot in favour of their male counterparts

Nico referring to his mom as "Mama" implies he most likely at least used to refer to Hades as "Papa" and i 100% headcanon he still does but mostly in the manner of him having the entire Underworld wrapped around his finger for being the baby of the family

Half way into drawing this I realized instead of Leo it should have been Mr.D but they definitely convinced him and Chiron to order black camp shirts for Nico with this tactic, doctors note and everything.

(Inspired by the Wednesday scene obv. Has anyone made that scene with them instead yet? Seems so obvious to me that Nico would say he is allergic to color haha)

actually I do mourn what hoo did to Percy and Nico's relationship because in pjo it was such a hilarious love-hate thing. Like Percy's this long-suffering and exasperated but protective older cousin figure while Nico is Nico and is feral and dramatic and craves Percy's approval while also loathing him at the same time. Like. Amazing stuff at play there.

Then in hoo Percy's like Nico? yeah he can die I guess and listen listen I'm not saying its out of character for Percy to be vengeful or for him to be annoyed by Nico. Like I think its very on point (see him strangling Nico for betraying him in tlo). However, I think the way it should have played out is Percy being fuming at Nico in his head but the moment Jason and Leo are like "Nico's shady so maybe we shouldn't rescue him?" an instant switch flips off and Percy's like "Um only I can talk shit about Nico and we're going to save him because if he's going to die its going to be by my hand"

how are they gonna adequately prepare whatever child they cast for nico di angelo. it has got to be impossible for someone that young to give informed consent about playing the saddest wettest loser in all of human history. like hey kid i know youre sprightly and all of ten, but we need you to be in all five stages of grief at all times. remember, your mother was killed in fascist italy, youre eighty years old, and now youre in love with the guy who killed your sister. say this next line like you know what it's like to be an ear of corn.
