My favourite meal~~~

First ingredient is ramen from these packet soups, and sauce that I make myself.
Ramen is usually less than 60 calories. Pour hot water without adding the oil and seasoning included, then remove water. Put pasta in a bowl.
For the sauce, mix tomato paste, water, soy sauce and vinegar (about 2 tsp each) and one tsp chili sauce or another sauce that you like. I like sriracha hot sauce :3 add chili powder and pepper. I add a tsp of honey when I have strong sweet cravings. Mix well, then pour on noodles and mix.
You can also add sesame oil but it is oil so has more calories, but it smells really nice. I sometimes cut fresh spicy chilis and green onion and mix with noodles.
I always prepare sides like fresh garlic (~3 cal per clove), tomatoes and if I exercise that day I have flavoured milk for dessert or I add a fried egg.
But the ramen with sauce itself is just below 200 calories~~
add lots of vegies please, they are low cal and very healthy!!! 💀🌼

There’s this slam poetry poem made by Blythe Baird called “when the fat girl gets skinny” and I know it was meant to be like inspirational towards recovery but i stg every time I see the video it makes me crave being able to say I’ve been through all of those “problems” that to me seem like the only solutions to my life.

But you know what you're going to do? You're going to take all this shame, all this sadness and turn this negative emotions into motivation to lose weight again.
Your best month is about to start, at the end you won't even recognize yourself and you will be proud of your mistakes, because they've helped you to get better.
