Dear Ate Klen,
We all know that life is full of challenges and all we can do is to overcome every challenges we may encounter. So, learn to rest but not to quit.
I would like you to list all the wonderful blessings you have for being grateful and for being you in this moment. Once you allow yourself to start listing your many blessings you’ve received, and open your heart to being present for each of those reasons you will begin to be aware that you can let go of those feelings that don’t serve you. You should continue to reach out to seek an answer, a way to break free of those negative thoughts and feelings  that cascade into  your mind and body that feel like you have no control in that matter. 
There may a lot of things that makes you stress and weak and you should know how to manage yourself to let go of the negativity that bothers you. Little by little you will get better. For now, accept the challenge of staying focused on what is happening. As you do it, you can easily reduce all negative thoughts and stress you might have. It is a matter of opening yourself and listen. Looking inward instead of outside of you for the guidance you seek. Open  your heart to being open to the information you need for a particular challenge.
You should have strengths and be physically and mentally healthy so that you are able to handle life situations and challenges, build strong relationships and recover from negativity. Being mentally healthy are in control of one’s emotion and behavior. Enjoying mental health means having a sense of well being, being able to function during everyday life and feeling confident to rise to a challenge when the opportunity arises. Just like your physical health, there are actions you can take to increase your mental health. 
Tips on how to stay mentally healthy:
1. Surround yourself with good people
2. Take time to enjoy
3. Participate and share interests
4. Take of yourself
5. Deal with stress
6. Ask for help

The Emotion Challenge
     Emotions are our feelings and a vital part of our everyday lives. emotions can have an important influence on physical health, and it is critical to deal effectively with the feelings that accompany the everyday ups and downs of life. Emotions  affect and are a part of our mood, which is usually a more sustained emotional state. Mood affects our judgment and changes how we process decisions.
    So manage emotions both yours and theirs. in negotiations, the person gets their way is often the person who has greatest emotional control.

Exercise: this releases reward and pleasure chemicals in the brain such as dopamine, which makes you feel better. Being fit also makes you healthier, which helps in managing emotions.
Be kind to others, because this helps stop you worrying about yourself.
Be open and accept what is going on around you. Learn to appreciate what is happening and avoid excessive criticism of others or of situations. This is linked to mindfulness, which is about being aware of what is going on in the moment.
It’s good to talk. Spend time with other people and enjoy their company.
Distract yourself. Yes, you really are that shallow. Watching a bit of TV, reading, or surfing the internet will probably help you forget that you were feeling a bit down.
Don’t give in to negative thinking. If you find yourself having negative thoughts, then challenge them by looking for evidence against them.
Spend time outside. Being in the fresh air, especially around nature, is very helpful for calming the emotions. There is evidence that we need to see horizons, so if you can go up a hill and look at the view then do.
Be grateful. Thank people in person for doing nice things for you, and remember it.
Play to your strengths. That often means doing things that you enjoy, but it also involves doing things that are good for you.
Notice the good things in your life. In old-fashioned terms, count your blessings.

A Mandala represents wholeness, a cosmic diagram reminding us of our relation to infinity, extending beyond and within our bodies and minds. Mandalas can be created by individuals to symbolize their journeys through life. Creating my own mandala was so hard especially when the surrounding was very noisy. I can’t focus on creating my mandala when I’m not alone. It takes time for me on creating my own mandala. I relate it to my way of living. My mandala has a tree in the circle and feathers. For me, the trees represents as my life that grows successfully and wonderful. The leaves of the tress represents as the achievements I’ve done. Without leaves, my life sucks and full of suffering and pain. I need to have achievements in my life to make my life successful and wonderful. I am able to overcome challenges in my life.

Goals
Life is nothing without goal or dream. Every one of us has own goals in life that we want to achieve. Goals are something that all of us need to achieve. Goals helps us to be responsible of everything we want to achieve.
I have my goals in life. I want to have a good grades in every subject. I want to finish my studies successfully. I want to be a successful chemical engineer someday.
As a student, my goal is to have a good grades. In order to be a successful person in the future and to make my parents proud, I will study hard, pass all the requirements and projects and do my best I can to have a good grades.
I will study hard so that in the future I’m ready to achieve my ambition. Achieving ambition in life is not easy so I just do whatever I could just to achieve my ambition. There are lot of challenges I might encounter so I’ll strive hard and overcome challenges in life. I will never give up. A problems or challenges is meant to be solved. I will just learn to rest but not to quit.
My ambitions is to be a successful chemical engineer someday. My decision is influence by my father. As he discussed the profession to me, I was enlighten and encourage to choose this profession. I know that chemical engineering is hard to achieve but I will take every risk until I achieve it successfully. This is why I chose STEM in my senior highschool because it is the best strand that best fit my ambition which is chemical engineer.

I love this song. It touches my heart and soul when I heard it. This song relate and reflects in my life. Life sucks, life hurts and life suffers. But the scars we get in our life will soon be healed. Just like all the season, things will never be the same as yesterday. Sometimes people may change. It will hurt me so much when my friends will soon be change and will leave me behind. I know that forever doesn’t exist in this world. So I understand why people is not always in our side forever because nothing is forever. According to the song, life’s to short to have regrets. Yes, it is definitely true. I learned how to move on and forget what happened in the past especially when it comes to problems. There is always been a second chance for us. There is always a time to solve problems rather than making our self stress. It depends on how we work and manage it. Happiness is always with us. It also depends on how we handle problems. We should always put in our mind that we only live once. We should be responsible on every task in our lives. Time should never been wasted. We should know our limitations and responsibilities as a person. As this song is a reflection in my life, I will learn from my mistakes and learn to move on to something that would hurt me. I will overcome challenges and trials I may encounter in my whole life. I know I can make it.

When I was a kid, I always think of happy thoughts and always play. When someone tease me, I easily cry because I am so sensitive. I cry to much and it takes time for me to stop. I love to play with my neighbors because I don’t have a sister who I can play with. I only have a brothers. I love to play with my family also especially when we are complete. I also want to play with my mother and father when they aren’t busy.
In my adolescence stage, I am now stress in my studies and problems. I want to have a good grades so that my parents will be proud of me. I always think of my problems on how to solve it and it makes me stress. I love to be with my family and friends because they are my strength and they can make me happy. Being with them helps me lessen my stress and forget my problems for awhile. I always treasure every moment I had with them. My inspiration is my family and my true friends.
I am a shy type girl. I have less confidence of my self. I am so shy when it comes to speaking in front of many people. It makes me nervous standing in front of them. I am so shy of people that I’m not yet comfortable of. But when I’m already comfortable, I am active and talkative on something I am comfortable.
