Hello,

I´m new on tumblr. Im a freelancer, writer from berlin in germany. This is a blog for my kickstarter-campagne. Oh no - not for advertising, money-presents and shopping-commands. Only for backing with recipes, information, cooking accidents and more.

Food is international. The World, Germany, Berlin are international. Kebabs from Turkey, delicious dishes from Thailand, restaurants with food from Vietnam, Greece, Korea, India … It is as if food and drink unite people. It is as if I could go through Berlin and discover our earth and its people with my palate.

Let me present to you the favorite dishes of different people who live in Germany or visit the city and come from different countries. Cook these recipes and go with me on a small world trip. Read the stories of those people they told me. Find out where they come from and what is their home and peace.

This is my contribution to a world where we all live. It’s not my world. It is not your world. It is our world! A colorful and beautiful world.

Hallo und guten Tag,

Ich bin ganz neu bei tumblr und möchte euch allen einmal “Hallo” sagen. Mit diesem kleinen Blog möchte ich mein Kochbuch begleiten. Ein solches soll bei Kickstarter finanziert werden. Aber keine Sorge. Ich werde euch nicht mit Werbung und Kaufangeboten zuballern. Vielmehr einfach ein wenig übers Kochen schreiben Schauen wir mal.

Was will ich machen? ich möchte mit einem Kochbuch zeigen, das wir in einer bunten Welt leben. Kochen ist international. Essen ist international. Es gibt keinen Grund, andere zu hassen, nur weil sie nicht aus meiner Ecke sind.

Auf diese Weise möchte ch Kochrezepte sammeln, aufschreiben, nachkochen und in Wort und Bild festhalten. “Das ist mein Beitrag für eine Welt in der wir alle leben. Es ist nicht meine Welt. Es ist nicht deine Welt. Es ist unsere Welt! Eine bunte und schöne Welt.“
