i want to make some joke about taking care of the magic box that connects you to the internet but my brain is too melty to be funny
but seriously go check on your router if it's reeeeally hot and you're having lag
#i used to have an amazing screenshot of healing the first fight in bt where my ping plugin showed 11000ms latency#not a typo. eleven THOUSAND.#eleven second latency#i mean i was a holy priest so my job in that fight was basically to spam circle of healing and regen my mp and spam coh again but. lol.#something about the nature of the lag only in the heat meant i wouldn't dc#my game was still communicating with the server but so so so so slowly#and anyway today i tried playing wuthering waves and the geforce now popup was like “GIRL. U GOOD???”#and i looked and saw my latency was 1100#but somehow i had not dc'd#and was transported back in time to july 2008#anyway guess i'm gonna read a book made out of paper#give that poor magic box a break
