Hey guys
I want to share with you about the pomegranate. I recently found out about how good it is for health. When I read about it I straight away went shopping to buy it. But as now is winter time they weren't very fresh :( so I found that Tesco makes their juice and I decided to stick with it. Every morning I drink one glass of this juice and I feel much better through the day more energized.
So what is so special about it?
In a long term, it makes your teeth whiter and isn’t harmful to your enamel as it is super anti-bacterial and anti-fungal so it kills a lot of bacteria in your mouth.
Also, it helps to fight arthritis, joint pain, high blood pressure, it can lower the risk of heart disease.
I am not finished yet :D Pomegranate also improves your memory and exercise performance.
I definitely will use this product every day.
