WandaVision

I realized I never did one for WandaVision. I loved WandaVision but really who didn’t. The whole sitcom aspect made so much sense. I can’t help but feel like Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany were having way too much fun. 

People have noted how the show goes through all the stages of grief and it does. Which is important because people need to understand that their are stages to it. Also that they are not along in wanting to bring their loved one back. Most people don’t have the power to do so. Or enslave the mind of thousands of people. The end was sad but at the same time it felt right because the of the arc. When it’s time to let go you will know and it will feel right. I can’t blame Wanda for watching sitcoms which she sad because I have found that I love a great sitcom or comedy when I am depressed. 

Also bringing in Marvel Pietro to be Pietro what a great job. Especially since they are going to touch on the multiverse. 

And Darcy

Also loved the original costumes and Vision making fun of what his looks like. Also why did it have to be NJ as someone from NJ I feel like marvel keeps making all the crap things happen in NJ. 

I knew there was more behind the whole Wanda making everything happen. I think if Director Haywood had not been doing what he was doing then Wanda might not have been as set off since she couldn’t bury Vision. It really did not help when Wanda said she couldn’t feel him. We all know Agatha was not helping things either. She killed the dog and definitely tried to set off Wanda. 

I am curious why Monica hates Carol so much. I am sure it has something to do with her being away or the blip or not saving her mom. It looks like Monica is going to be super powered so I wonder how that is going to because I guessing she will run into Carol. 

I am curious what is going to happen with White Vision because he is probably not under government control. At the same time he can’t just be running around. He has to make sense of all the memories he know has. I am sure this is not the last of him. I really liked the scene with Vision and White Vision. It great seeing those with advanced intelligence use their mind in battle and not just their fists. 

I think I am with everyone else when I say I was excited to see Scarlet Witch. The costume is amazing and it seems Wanda is learning some witchcraft which is only going to make her stronger. Especially since it seems that Wanda already had some witch in her since she apparently stopped the bomb. Which is maybe why her and Pietro where able to survive the experiment. It might also be because they are mutants. Mutants power manifest during traumatic experiences. The bomb was definitely a traumatic experience. 

I really loved WandaVision. Not sure if its possible to have a second season but I would definitely enjoy another one.

The Falcon & Winter Soldier

Really besides Bucky in therapy which was really hilarious because well Bucky does what Bucky wants. The biggest thing about episode 1 was the putz who is not in the Captain America suit. 

Episode 2 gave us more time with the Captain America - John. I think I am with everyone else in saying I don’t like him. He needs to go. I really was waiting for Bucky to punch him or kill him. I did appreciate Bucky asking wannabe Cap if he ever jumped on a grenade. 

Let’s talk about these super soldiers, so there has been more serum going around? Was it taken from Caps blood? I do remember in Agent Carter Caps blood being a thing. Peggy was the one who decided what to do with it. Who says people didn’t keep more or didn’t analyze it before then or find the vial she threw in the river.  No one knew about Isaiah. A whole community of people would have loved to have known about him. They deserved to know they could be a super soldier or Captain America. Maybe then cops wouldn’t intervene when two guys are arguing and one of which happens to be Black.

I don’t know about the rest of you but seeing Sam and Bucky back together was great. They have the best banter. Seriously the therapy scene what a great scene. The whole looking into each other’s eyes. 

I am curious to see how those two are going to get over their issues and how Sam will take on the Captain America mantle. There is no way Sam won’t have the shield back by the end.

Riverdale

Ok, is anyone else not here for them all being back at the school being teachers. I am ok with Kevin and Toni since they were already there. I can see Archie being there but pulling in Ronnie and Betty just doesn’t make sense. Jughead only because he needed a job. 

Was not here for them turning my poor Cheryl into a depressed hermit. Really why did it have to be the Vixens that gets her to leave because she can’t let anyone else have them. Also Toni making sure Cheerleading was the only sport brought back she was around Cheryl too long. Also what happened to the Maple company I am sure Cheryl didn’t tank it into the ground?

I was so happy about Kevin and Fang’s being together, getting engaged and having a baby. I also want to Kevin to love himself. I am hoping Kevin can find happiness.  Also did anyone appreciate that moment between Kevin and his father. Mr. Keller can be a really great father sometimes and he really does love Kevin.

Also can we take a moment to appreciate Reggie kissing Fangs during the key party. 

Looks like Agatha from Sabrina has transitioned over to Riverdale as an art curator. I guess she needs something to do now. 

Also the whole Archie Betty finally having sex only for it to end and for Archie to get back with Veronica. Who I am happy left that horrible husband. I guess they are trying to be true to the comics so Archie has to bounce back and forth. He still hasn’t gotten with Cheryl and she was one of his ex’s. I am kinda over Archie with Betty and Veronica can he move onto someone new for a bit. 

Of course there is something off going in Riverdale. How did it become such a dumb in 7 years. Wow, Hiram did a number on that town. Why is Polly always the problem child? 

I am not sure what to do with all this alien stuff but I guess we will see what happens.

The Flash

Is anyone else excited for Frost to be her own person and not shared with Caitlin? Also a little worried about Caitlin because didn’t Frost protect her from the illness her father had. Does that mean Snow is going to die or are they going to have to merge back together? Still I am going to enjoy more Frost.

Kate Kane Recast??

This is what I get for not paying full attention to shows. I totally missed the part where there is a new Kate Kane. I just remember Julia saying they found body parts that had Kate’s DNA. Sofiyah saying she never had Kate. I completely missed the scene with the burnt body that is suppose to be Kate. 

Well lets see how this changes things or is she not really Kate? Sofiyah had a whole lot of those necklaces in that room. Where did those body part come from with Kate’s DNA. I have some questions.

Superman and Lois

Ok, I am not super thrilled with the fact they are back in Smallville. I kinda feel like I am watching Smallville again. I really don’t like the film lens they are using either. 

I might like it better if the kids where not so normal but Jordan can’t even use his powers all the time. It’s a bit boring I can’t wait until they get things moving. I am not liking alternate universe Lex. Bring Jon Cryer back. I am trusting that this will get better but it’s not starting off so well. 

Also how did they keep it from the kids for so long? They really didn’t have any idea. They can’t have come up with all that great of excuses. Lois was the better writer why would they keep sending Clark on stories away from the city.

Batwoman

I have to say that I am really liking Ryan. She has brought a great vibe to show as well a a much needed voice. The Batman Family is often privileged white people. It’s probably why I always liked Catwoman she was biracial and from the the section of town. People who never had to live in certain areas and do things to get by cannot understand why people do certain things. They don’t also understand their mindset. Ryan shows us something different and new and much needed for a crime fighter. She understands in ways they never will. She has also had to deal with racism. She understand not trusting the system and wanting to help those who need it the most. I have been enjoying her character. I really don’t want her to die. I am sure she is not going to die because there will be a desert rose somewhere to save her. 

Also I think we all knew Kate was not on the island. I guess they have officially decided to kill her. At this point Ryan has made her mark so no need to Kate to pass along the mantle. 

Who do we think will get the Ryan the desert rose? Sophie? Alice? Jacob Kane?

I kinda figured out how to do the candles in the eggshells. Granted I just put tea lights in them but it was my first time so I'm proud of myself.

Riverdale Graduation

Not sure how I feel about all this. Granted with how lost Archie seems I guess it makes sense he would go into the army. I do like how they all saw him off in the car. 

Also did anyone else have a moment when they used the footage of Luke Perry. I had some feels. 

With how they all saw off Archie, made the vow to come back every year and the whole Betty and Jughead having sex after the reveal. It kinda made the whole everyone leaving early and they not coming back a year later not make full sense. Jughead going back to living in random places again just like when the show first started. He was living in Archie’s house while it was waiting to be sold. Where was Archie going to stay on leave? With his mom somewhere else? Who’s running the construction company with Mr. Keller being Sheriff again? So many questions. Honestly it seems like they just wanted to put a wedge between everyone and made the kiss to be a bigger issue after everything that happened. Also did they not call, text, email, hell snail mail each other. 

I kind like Cheryl staying behind to fix the Blossom name. Granted I wish she did it for more than Toni but without Toni she wouldn’t have realized how badly she needs to. I like that she wouldn’t make Toni choose between her and her family. 

I am curious who we will see in the upcoming time jump. I hope everyone is back. I would love to see what Kevin has been up to as well.

Riverdale

Ok, so I knew this whole time Charles has been up to something and it makes sense that he is killing people because of the whole “serial killer gene.” 

Jellybean as the Auteur, really? I feel like they just did that because FP was leaving the show and they needed a reason. Maybe she was suppose to be it the whole time since she has been a blip side character I find it hard to believe. At the same time it make sense since no one would expect her.

Luke Fox Fail

Ok, really the main thing I feel a need to talk about is how Luke didn’t question Bruce just showing up out of no where or not opening the Batcave. I feel like Bruce would have codes so those on the team would know its him. Granted this could just be my brilliant mind and not something that is actually done but seriously it should be a thing. Luke gives Bruce aka Tommy the kryptonite the only thing that can penetrate the batsuit. This is why codes phrases are needed. 

Julia knew it wasn’t him when he didn’t know the code name for Alfred and when he had no idea where Alfred lived. This seemed more realistic like they are suppose to ask certain things only he would know to confirm its him. Why didn’t anyone tell Luke about this. 

Also how did Tommy not know about the nickname? They were childhood friends. Not to mention Tommy is obsessed with Bruce he figured out he was Batman. Tommy knew who Julia was. I feel like this is a possible plot hole.

New Batwoman

After watching the first two episodes I have to say the writers did a good job of introducing the new Batwoman. Granted they used the found the suit cliché but not sure if there was another way to do it. The Alice storyline is still working which I was concerned how they were going to make it work. Again kinda going the cliché route but not sure if they had any other option.  

Now there is still the struggle of getting us to like the new Batwoman. She is an interesting character and I can see her being likable. Since they are still doing so much with Kate and her being missing and everyone dealing with it we have not had much time to fully get to know Ryan. I think once the show is less about Kate and more about Ryan that will help.

I am curious to see where this goes because it could go well. If Ruby Rose didn't’ leave on bad terms (which is up for debate) then it might help the transition if Kate gives it over to Ryan. Let’s see how this all plays out and hoping this doesn’t kill the show.
