The First Tabanao FamilyPride Reunion. A group of my Tabanao family cousins and nephews Organized our First Tabanao Family Pride Reunion held on August 4, 2023 at the Alcantara Civic Center, in Alcantara Cebu. It is amazing how they pulled this out in about two months from conception to execution they had an attendance of over 160 family members. My hats of to them for the job well that hope next time around we will have more time to prepare to attend especially those from out of the country. Thanks to those who posted these pictures and videos on social media for helping me make this video possible.

Treatment of Barnacles of Aging Starting in my early 50s I started to develop dark skin lesions in my face and the trunk. A dermatologist that I have consulted called it Barnacles of Aging.  I have had treatment three times in the last 20 year. last treatment I had wast April this year when I went for a vacation to the Philippines. Physicians call them Seborrheic Keratosis. The spots are not cancerous, are harmless and not contagious. They don’t need treatment, but you may decide to have them removed if they become irritated by clothing or you don’t like how they look
