So...
Got Corpse Party, considering whether or not I want to record playing it as a Let's Play or not. I've wanted to play it for a long time (and not just because Cry and Pewdiepie already/are currently doing it :C) and I've always felt like a blind run makes for the best LP experience especially with horror games. Thoughts, followers (or anyone really)?

PSO2 is fun, but...
The Arks-Layer patch leaves a lot of "nonessential" stuff untranslated. I'm not complaining about a free translation patch, on the contrary I think the love, carem, and dedication that's gone into making this game playable for English speakers is commendable.I'm just frustrated by the fact that I'm going through tutorials that have windows that I feel like are important but I can't read them. I mean a lot of it is pretty easy to infer if you've ever played an MMO, but... I dunno, maybe I just need someone to play with to get more into it? My friends are all being lazy about downloading the game. Bluh, vent over I guess.

More thoughts on PSO2... and questions?
So after some looking it turns out there's a relatively thriving community of US players on the Japanese version of the game? I guess I've got a few questions for you all: For starters, is it worth the effort of downloading it and getting the patch or should I just wait for the SEA version? Or will the SEA version, despite being English, be crap anyway? I've seen some videos and it looks like a lot of the menus are in Japanese which is a no go for me. It also looks like the Japanese version has a lot of content out already and if I know MMO patch conversions it could be a while before any new stuff makes it to other versions of the game. More specifically about the game, I've heard there's a one character per account thing, is that true? I knew it was F2P and expected a cash shop style model, but I don't want to have to delete my character or start a new account just to try another class, is it even an option to unlock or purchase extra character slots? I suppose it all boils down to:
Japanese or SEA version? Why?
If Japanese, is the patch incomplete/a pain to work with? Is it missing vast chunks of game? How often is it updated with new content?
Lag city for a player in the US? IP blocks/workarounds?
How bad is the cash grab? Are we looking at cosmetic stuff is cool level cash shop (a la Warframe) or, like, account and feature restrictions/costumes with stats level cash shop (Wakfu/Elsword)?
Multiple character slots or multiple accounts?
I just know I loved PSO very much, that game was very near and dear to my heart and I am beyond megahyped for the chance to be playing a PSO game again, I just don't want to get all invested in wanting to play only to be completely blindsided by something I didn't know about :/ If anybody could help with or answer any/all of these I'd be hugely appreciative :S

I guess all kinds of love really can bloom on the battlefield
Youtube Gamers! This is something I’ve been working on for a while now, hopefully turned out good. Wanted to give the illustration and designs a post apocalyptic, ‘Division’ feel.

Need your bottle? Oh, sorry. They cost money. Formula costs money too. Here, I'll give you a pot that you'd warm the formula in. If you want the rest, you'll have to buy it.
I see that the children are out on anon today. It's not a matter of paying for the game, I play several paid MMOs, but you probably didn't read further than the single post on my blog so you really wouldn't know that. It's not your fault, I don't expect anonymous haters to go the distance in anything, much less throwing out a weak insult. My issue is that what little of the game IS available to starting players gives you little to no feel for what the full game is like, uses "technical" phrasing allowing them to call their game "free to play" and that after checking the forums, the CMs are not only unsympathetic but downright rude to the players. If you want to act like a child in someone else's ask box then maybe you should take that bottle and warm it for yourself along with a long nap before you come back and throw another half-assed tantrum..
I'd love to talk to you face to face, but it's in the nature of cowards to hide so I won't ask you to come out of your shell if it makes you uncomfortable :D

The sub is 6 dollars...
There are plenty of other games out there that advertise as free and have full game access, I've never seen this kind of restrictive, cash grabby fake F2P setup before in my life. The button should say Play Demo for free or Play Trial for free if they're only offering part of the game.

Decided to play Wakfu...
I have never been more instantly disappointed in my life. The game looks great, the music is great, the gameplay is smooth and interesting... what more could I ask for? Oh yeah, the rest of the game. They neglect to mention anywhere out in the open that all you get is a glorified demo, but saunter on over to they "Why should I subscribe?" page and all of the sudden I see that I'll need to subscribe to: Play the entire story, explore anywhere outside of starting zones, get experience outside of my starting zones, play non starting zone dungeons, take part in the games ecosystem/politics that are so raved about in the game's description, use money and trade items, or even party with non-free players. I've played a lot of F2P games, but this one's cash grabby bulshit is by far the most vile I've seen in a long time. GG Ankama, no worries I've already uninstalled :/

Level 39 and sooooo close to Queen's Throne D:
And yet I can't really bring myself to play. I've kind of hit that point where the dungeons aren't just pulling me through to the next quest anymore and I know I've reached that point that's in all MMOs where the grinding kind of takes the front seat from now on and the quests are the occasional bit of a boost rather than the other way around. I really like the game and all, but... meh, I just hate this part of MMOs so much it's caused me to quit more than I can reliably count. I see a lot of people here with capped out characters, does it ever get any better or am I right in my assumption that this is the first of many "dead" periods that more or less turn into more and more grinding and dungeon runs until I finally hit cap?

Hooray?
I finally got to Code: Nemesis! Less hooray, I HAVE NO IDEA WHICH SKILLS TO SET WITHOUT PAYING MONEY :C Like, do I keep my whip move? It does a lot of damage, but I can't get rid of my crit buff can I? And my laser from level 1 still does a ridiculous amount of damage, at what point does that stop being useful? Ever? IDK, PRO CNs HALP. WHAT BUTTONS DO I DO? D:
P.S. I'm just about to hit 38 if that helps at all ._.
