in school I used to wear fake glasses while doing writing assignments so that the teachers would think I was smarter and grade my tests higher (this actually worked, for the record)

I keep seeing tiktoks where people are criticizing people's "cringy" ocs (specifically ones for Call of Duty, but that's besides the point). My point here is like who cares? It's just harmless fun and it's nothing serious. So who fucking cares if they're a Mary Sue, or everyone's in love with them or it's not "realistic"? Dude, it's a made up character for a made up story. Let people enjoy themselves.
