Breakfast for today.
I did not weigh myself. Friday n Saturday was NoT carb free😭😓 my friend who I haven’t seen in months came down to visit..ugh..anyways I was up 3 lbs. Mess ups happen but no more!! I can’t do this to MYSELF. I feel like I can come back from this, just going to continue what ive been doing..coming for you 264!!

9/15/17 Lunch is a big ol' bowl of beef. Yummy! Breakfast was Left over Carne Asada and bacon. I weighed in today at 265.02 so still losing :) Today i am going Dairy free and see if that will help..jusy beef and water ❤

265!!!! I have been trying to get here for 3 months! And Bam!! Zero carb and I'm there😭😭😭😭 i am so proud of myself 5 days and I'm still going strong! I feel so good. 77 days until my 2 year Anny! I will lose 30 pounds of fat by then!! I promise you all!. I have eyes only for thus goal! And my husband is soooo supportive❤😘😍 260 see you next week babe!!

Ahhhhhh!!! September 13th, 2017
Im a day behind! Yesterday was a good day. Nreakfast was eggs and bacon. I had a bulletproff coffee for more fats, and no lunch (was not hungry) dinner was 3 mini hamburgers with cheddar cheese on top with 3 scrambled eggs. Had 2 onces of chedder cheese for a evening snack.

9/12/17 Weigh in😁🎉 I am starting my 3rd day of Zero carbs, haven’t ate breakfast yet. I am 267.02..
4lbs in 2 days! Wasn’t expecting that!
Zero carbs works!
now I’ve seen this number already when I’ve tried keto. I got down to 266 and was stuck! Now once i see 265..🎃 that’s when I’ll be believing this works!!! I feel great guys!

I'm a bit disappointed 😭 was searching tumblr for #zerocarbs #zercarbdiets or anything strictly zero carb lifesyle and i cant find anything😐 i find keto yumblrs but that's not what i need. I am glad i am documenting my zero carb challenge and feeling.. if i do good or more than good this will turn into a lifestyle for me. This way people can someone to turn to for help or inspiration.
