Starting this week again with different kind if protein muffins….
10 egg whites
1/2 banana
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
MIX ALL IN BLENDER while preheating oven…
Then fill into silicone muffin molds and put some fruit slices and cinnamon into your muffin molds. I used banana, pear and plum (hello fruits, I’ve missed you ♡). Put them for 20 minutes at 180°C in the oven. Then cool down and enjoy ★♡
